A difficult bathroom in the eaves of a cottage requiring careful planning and a bespoke shower door especially made to fit the sloping ceiling. I received excellent advice and service from Laura. Very pleased with the end result.

After a lot of deliberation which involved many trips to the store and trying different designs we finally ordered a bathroom suite and tiles in October, the store were happy to keep hold of them until we were ready to have them fitted. A few problems upon delivery were swiftly and professionally sorted by the team as you would expect. Very happy with everything and would highly recommend to anyone sourcing a good quality bathroom.

Excellent Service from the Team in Wellington branch. They were patient and helpful with my wife and I and talked through the options to fit within our budget. It is great to have a large showroom to actually look at products available rather than pictures on a website and the home visit and plan provided was so useful to be able to decide on what we wanted. Storage and Delivery when the plumber required was exceptionally useful too. Having been in the Plumbing and Heating installing trade for fifty years prior to my retirement I was most surprised at the excellent service I received from Laura at Bathroom Village,No pressure just good honest advise and the follow up to the delivery was great, even the guy that delivered the goods unloaded it himself and placed everything in the garage with out any problem, I would recommend Laura and Bathroom Village without any hesitation

Ordered a gold wall shower mixer tap which was £540 I had not selected other companies due to bad ratings. This company was very communicative, responding to emails quickly and giving relevant information. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to buy from them again. Very pleased with product that arrived on the delivery date given. Excellent company.

At the Wellington branch, Laura was really helpful showing us illuminated bathroom cabinets and giving advice and helping us choose the right one. We purchased a HIB Paragon 60 cabinet and was offered the same as the online price. Delivery was very efficient as the driver phoned beforehand so we could give directions etc and the timing was as advised. The delivery was nearly 3 weeks although we were advised it would be at least 10 working days. However there was also good communication about the slight delay.
The HIB cabinet is excellent with colour changing led light on the sides which is good for doing makeup etc. The mirrored doors also have demisting pads inside and you can charge your shaver and toothbrush with the shaver point inside.

Laura was incredibly helpful in finding me the ideal bath and getting delivery organised.
Would highly recommend her and the company .

Very helpful staff- when my order from another bathroom supplier (online company) wasn't going to arrive in time for the re-fit, the staff quickly found similar products and put together a new order that was delivered next day. Should have used them in the first place, very knowledgeable staff.

I orderd two items from Bathroom Village on 4th September which I was advised were in stock and would be delivered within 7-10 days, after 2 weeks when they had not arrived I was advised there was a delay as one item was out of stock and they would be despatched asap, 3 weeks later I contacted again and finally 8 weeks later I have been told the courier has lost my parcel. at no point has onyone kept me informed, I have had to chase the delivery, and after 8 weeks I still am without these items and have an unfinished bathroom.

We visited Bathroom Village Wellington on the recommendation of our plumber. Our sales lady was Laura and after handing her our list of requirements…she guided and advised us and we were blown away by her knowledge and expertise. It was so good to see the furniture..and match all the colours…right down to the flooring…a quality one stop shop! We came away with the bathroom we are going to love..and can not thank Laura enough for all her advice and professionalism. Would 100% recommend.

We needed a new bathroom for our disabled son We had heard good things and wanted to shop local. We went and saw Laura and placed our order. We then needed flooring and went and saw Daryl. Who was fantastic and came to our home with some samples so we could really see the colours in our bathroom under that lighting.
They then held it all in stock whilst we waited for a date from our plumber. Deliverly was fantastic, given a phone call before the date and arrived the time they said. Fitting day came and we had few issues with the taps being wrong and shower screen not what we ordered but Daryl again was amazing he sorted it all out on the same day within the hour so our bathroom wasn’t held up and fitted that day. His customer service is outstanding and I would recommend bathroom village to any one. Daryl is a credit to the company.

We visited Bathroom Village to purchase some sink taps for our bathroom. The showroom has a good range on display with plenty of choice and we found what we wanted. While we were there we saw a display of working shower heads which prompted us into replacing our old dated one. Laura was very helpful and gave us good advice in making our selection, we purchased a shower head which was on the stock clearance shelf at a very good price. When we got home I realised that I didn’t get the shower head holder to go on the wall, I called back into Bathroom Village but unfortunately they didn’t have any. Laura said that it wouldn’t be a problem and she would order one and give me a call when it was in, a few days later Laura phoned to tell me that the holder had arrived. An excellent service, will definitely use Bathroom Village again.

We decided to purchase our bathroom suite from Bathroom Village, at their Wellington outlet, because we were very impressed by the quality of their product range and their thorough explanations of all the available solutions to our requirements, with absolutely no sales pressure.

The after sales service is second to none; we had some technical issues with the installation, not of B.Village's making.

Daryl, the Branch Manager, very quickly contacted the manufacturer of the item and we received a replacement part within two days, meanwhile, Daryl continued to obtain further advice and information from the manufacturer, including a video to provide further clarification to deal with the problem, which is now resolved.

We would like to sincerely thank Daryl, Laura and Steve for their quick and very helpful interventions, in what was essentiality our problems, they did this with great politeness and concern for our predicament.

Wellington branch really helped me source some hard to find special toilet seats and got them delivered the next day.
