Excellent service and advice, all of the items are excellent quality goods.
Staff are friendly and have great sense of humour, nothings too much trouble for them. Any problem is sorted ASAP ( I decided to change my mind on certain items and it was changed without any fuss)
I have purchased everything I need for my new bathroom under one roof. Fantastic prices.

Faulty product
Ordered a bath panel from these guys. Delivered with numerous cracks and breaks. Replacement sent, again faulty. Full refund requested. Will not be using again.

Inadequate Packaging. Both Mirrors Arrived Broken.Very Disappointed.
Two mirrors arrived broken. Hardly surprising, barely any protective wrapping, just thin polythene shrink wrap. I mean really, for expensive mirrors !
I’m hoping they get their act together on the replacements I’m still waiting for.
Very disappointing.
