Sorry to hear that you have received the incorrect finish. Just to confirm as previously discussed the replacement item is due into us this week. As soon as received we will process and dispatch and collect the incorrect item at the same time as re delivery.

Happy with products but room for improvement with communication and delivery
Very happy with the products we chose and the ordering process. Delivery was longer than anticipated and I had to contact them to confirm timing.
The courier that they used was keen to get away as soon as palette was dropped on my drive, I had to call him back when i noticed the alert sticker advising to check goods before the courier leaves.
This delivery service would be of no use to a person living alone.

Great item - yet to be installed but has been checked over. Good communication from the delivery firm to arrange delivery although it was only a one-man delivery for a pallet which clearly needed 2 people to assist (good job we were able to!)

Superb service. One of our mirrors was damaged in transit. This was replaced immediately without any issues. Communication was excellent. Would definitely shop here again

Really watch out here. The prior company trading under the same name went into administration late last year. The directors of the new company, who bought the trading name, were also directors of the previous one. Could be fine...might not. You decide.

Very swift delivery of parts ordered
I ordered a vanity unit, tap and waste from the Bristol store and was told it would take about a week to be delivered to the store. Two days later I was phoned and told that everything was ready to be collected. Very good service, thankyou.
