A simple order, with good advice, with appreciated time and trouble taken by you to source the special requirements of the fittings. A slight delay in communication at the end, before delivery was available for one of the items, which took emails rather than attempts to telephone, to clarify and have sorted. The service in the showroom was excellent. The man we saw knew his stuff and was incredibly helpful. The problems started once the order was in. Phones not answered. Calls not returned. Loads of errors in the delivery. Difficulty in getting replacements. And to cap it all the firm "changed hands" in the middle of all this and the new owners "no longer dealt" with some of the suppliers. The whole experience was a bit if a nightmare. Which is a pity because the men in the showroom continued to be polite and ever helpful through it all. But when one is in the middle of a stressful building project it is not the sort of added problem one needs.

Placed quite a large order through the Bathroom Village website which I'm happy to say was delivered on time and without any damages. The customer service team were a great help when I called them with a few questions regarding my order also! I was slighlty skeptical to order through a website but it was such an easy experience I'll definitely be back for the next bathroom!

Absolutely appalling behaviour
Absolutely appalling behaviour. Bath panel bought and installed and paint started peeling off within a few weeks. When I requested it be rectified the same person on the same email address under the same branding said that the company I had bought it from was now in a pre-pack administration and the resurrected Bathroom Village wouldn't replace it. Seems they don't want to protect the reputation of the Bathroom Village brand which is, rightly, mud. Totally untrustworthy. DO NOT USE!

Bad service.
Ordered two basins and a black bath waste. Basins were out of stock so had to be cancelled because I couldn't afford to wait for the. They then sent the wrong colour bath waste, which wasn't noticed by the builders (we weren't living there as whole house had to be gutted) and so I have the wrong colour bath waste. Not impressed.
