ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE and the product was perfect too! I called with an issue over my delivery time frame as needed shoes for my son in time for my mums funeral, the lady I spoke to went above and beyond to sort dispatching them urgently and they arrived as promised! She was so polite and helpful and I felt quite refreshed to have had such a wonderful experience! BRILLIANT COMPANY AND EVEN BETTER STAFF!!!! Thank you!

The customer service was amazing
The customer service was amazing. A question about sizing was answered promptly by text. I ended up returning the socks I bought as the style didn't fit my daughter well. The refund process was easy and smooth. Although the product wasn't what I'd hoped based on other Condor items I have, I would recommend this company.
