This order was placed as a surprise gift to another person, who refused the delivery—likely because she was unaware of what it was.
While this was beyond our control, we acted in good faith by immediately reshipping the entire order free of charge, including a complimentary gift, even before the original package was returned to us.
Customer confirmed receipt of the replacement and acknowledged our efforts to resolve the issue, even stating it would update this review accordingly. We regret that this never happened, as we believe the resolution reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.
We stand by our service and policies, and while we can’t control external factors like recipient refusals, we always strive to make things right when possible.

Initially didn’t receive the order as there were Royal mail strikes. Not only did they contact me but they also reimbursed me for the delay.
Excellent quality of the item, but more important, excellent customer service.
