The order was fulfilled and on time.
The phone telescope is rubbish but the bee products and butterfly haven are very good.

A very prompt service after my on line order. Also, when I noticed (at the weekend) my order was incomplete and emailed National Bee Supplies, I received a response on Sunday and the matter was rectified on Monday and the missing article received on Tuesday. Thank you very much for your 5 star service.

Yet again placed an order and 4 days later no dispatch, they also take days to answer emails.
Never known a company to dispatch so slow, sometime it can take weeks and they never take the time to let you know if an item is not in stock etc.

Ok so they have done the honourable thing and got this all out to me today, much appreciated.

The order is despatched quickly. It is well packaged. I am notified when it's on the way. All of the equipment I have had has been of good quality.

I received excellent service and couldn't be more satisfied. The hive was ordered for a special birthday and the staff went out of their way to ensure it arrived in time. The hive itself is of excellent quality and craftmanship. It arrived in 3 large boxes with each component well protected. The assembly instructions weren't included but with 1 quick phonecall these were emailed to me within 10 minutes. This is my first bee hive order and I will definitely be using this excellent company again.

To add to my previous note I have just spoken to a representative via their telephone line who tells me that this outfit has ceased trading. No bee equipment has been despatched for 2 months and none will be for the foreseeable future. They do not believe it is a legal (or decent) requirement to update their website however because they claim not to take payment until goods are despatched....

Excellent service. Kept up to date with despatch dates by email. Really pleased with quality of plants, all delivered safely.

I fully appreciate the difficult times we are in at the moment as at such a reduction in staff but a significant delay in dispatch even though all items were in stock. Limited information updates from the company unless you are emailing them and then still sporadic with the updates. I wouldn’t hurry to use them again.

Terrible service. Ordered a National Hive Starter Kit plus additional items on 1st May. Order delivered on 1st June but Hive Floor missing. Reported this on 1st June via email but over 3 weeks later I am still awaiting a reply & delivery of a Hive Floor. I recognise these are unusual times but I would hope to have some support. All phone lines are closed & emails not answered. I paid £573 on 1st May & am still unable to use my hive. A most disappointing experience.

Making a purchase is so quick and simple. Very good quality products and speedy delivery of items purchased.

Terrible! No communication despite fact I cancelled order after waiting more than 30 days. There has been no communication via email, phone or the website despite repeated attempts. Half of order dumped on doorstep despite cancellation and being two months overdue .
Had to order material from another source now.
Shambolic !
