The sales team were very professional
The sales team were very professional and helpful plus friendly without being pushy. Wendy gave us all the information we needed and left us to consider the selections on our own to come to our final decision. Following purchase, on 11/08/2025 my delivery took place & the delivery drivers phoned 40mins in advance, after I had received my two hour time slot 3 days before. They were extremely professional but friendly & brought everything indoors in no time at all, took away all packaging & made sure I was happy with my order. I am very impressed with the whole service from start to finish that I received from Benson for Beds. What a great team they have proved to be & I will always recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

We entered the store and left to ourselves to wander for five minutes, which was great, we weren’t pounced upon.
Richard was very helpful, and obviously knew what he was talking about. He was also most pleasant and cheerful.

Richard in gillingham store was fantastic
Richard was fantastic from start to finish. Very welcoming, not pushy. Let me take my time looking and answered all my questions was very knowledgeable about all the beds and showed me all the features and benefits of multiple ottomans. Richard also took his time to explain and show me several mattresses that would support my back condition allowing me to take my time testing them out. I enquired on the Friday and made sure I went back on the Monday to order when Richard was on shift. His professionalism and friendly behaviour is why I went back and purchased. He’s truly an assist to the store.

The company gave me to run around, they kept rescheduling the delivery and after 6 weeks of sleeping on the floor they told me my bed had been discontinued 1 week after ordering!!!
