Had a wonderful time at Bensons yesterday. Went in without a clue as to what level of firmness or 'type' of mattress we were after. My partner and I were welcomed immediately by the cheerful and upbeat Odette who took stock of all of our doubts and effectively Goldilocks-ed us into purchasing the ideal mattress. Odette listened to our budget restrictions, showed us higher-end to lower-end and couldn't have been more attentive the entire time we were in the store. We loved how Odette grew a rapport with us and made us feel like we had all of the time in the world to decide, something my partner greatly appreciated with his background in sales - at no point did we feel like we were pushed into something we didn't want. The entire search through to purchasing was extremely organic and we left feeling like we'd made the perfect choice for us. 5 Stars!

We were served by Odette at the Gillingham, Kent Store and she was excellent, she explained everything to us really clearly. We can't recommend her enough as she was so polite and yet thorough and also laughed at my jokes! We came out of the showroom knowing that we had purchased the best mattress and divan base for us and we couldn't of done it without Odette's help! She definitely deserves a promotion...

Great experience
We Visited Bensons for beds, in Gillingham last Thursday and was greeted by Richard, with his help and advice he guided us through the different benefits of the diffrent matteresses and frames available, we was undecided and left to return back today spent over 3hrs deciding what frame to have,
again Richard and his collegue was a great help very patient and no pushy sales just genuine honest advice, we even found out that the headboards of certain types can be manufactured to be horisontally split to allow moving into a house with tight stairs.
Couldnt be any happier with our purchase and the service from the store especially Richard.
