From walking into the shop, Benson for Beds have been excellent. Lots of buying advice and assistance if you need it -we did! Updates on delivery, options to change delivery date and easy to use website plus on the day text messages and phone call all as promised. Delivery guys also excellent, customer service at its best!

Karen is a very personable staff member who was extremely helpful without exerting any pressure. As a result our purchase was straight forward and stressless.

The bed took far too long to be delivered.
It was ordered on 5th January. The first delivery date (17th February) was cancelled and was finally delivered on 18th March. The plug/cable for the integrated light was missing too although this was delivered 48hrs later.

After my husband bought our previous mattress without consulting me or letting me try it out (best intentions, but worst mattress ever), I insisted that we would both go together mattress shopping this time to ensure we had a comfortable bed that we both enjoyed.
We went to Benson for Beds in Fosse Park Leicester as I had done some research online and was rather taken with the iGel range. We were greeted by the lovely Abdul who had the perfect balance of being present and informative, without hovering or being pushy. He very patiently let us try the iGel range out as well as trying them against some similar brands for comparison. We settled on the iGel 3000 as it felt perfect.
Abdul was friendly, engaging and took the time to answer my many questions. The sales process was easy and he talked us through everything that was included, delivery, aftercare and maintenance. He was a star. Our daughter’s mattress needs renewing soon, so we will most definitely be returning.
Our mattress arrived today and the delivery drivers were also lovely. They put the new mattress upstairs and removed our old one. They gave us some tips for letting the mattress settle before use.
We are very impressed by Bensons. The customer service is fantastic and fingers crossed our mattress is going to be fantastic too.

Great help and advice received from a knowledgeable and helpful experienced member of staff. All beds are made to a high standard and I had no hesitation in ordering a king sized bed with confidence.

Visiting the store and greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff who assisted me in finding the right mattress and pillow. I received regular updates on the order and was impressed with the delivery service as they rang in advance and did exactly as needed without anything being too much trouble. A big thank you to Karen and Donna in store and delivery crew Davey and Lee.

Delivery guys were courteous and careful with their delivery. I was kept informed of the delivery time and once the mattress was in place, made sure that I understood how to care for the product.
