I wanted to pay cash the shop new Malden wouldn’t take my cash the alternative was to drive to the Sutton branch from new Malden! I had to pay card then go to the post office to pay my cash …. If the internet had told me I may have chosen a different store to visit!

Awful as soon as we walked in the lady…
Awful as soon as we walked in the lady rolled her eyes at us. When asked to assist us she gave us a dirty look and didn’t really want to talk or help in anyway she had such a bad attitude! So Bensons for beds you have missed out on a sale of 2 mattresses. Because your staff ah awful no customer service what so ever!! Never going back!

Great Ottoman beds
Over time I have bought 3 ottoman beds from Bensons. I am very pleased with them. I particularly like the quality of the opening mechanism.
The latest (3rd) bed was delivered and assembled on Friday by Alan and George who were great. Efficient and careful.

Great team, service and variety
I had an amazing experience at the New Malden branch last week. Despite coming to the store only 20 minutes before closing Syed and his team were very welcoming. They didn’t rush me at any point and so I was able to choose a mattress that I wanted to purchase. Thank you for being patient, caring, and understanding. I would really recommend this branch.

I visited bensons for beds at New Malden. I was quickly approached by a team member. I was looking for a bed and mattress and headboard. The staff guided me and helped me a lot. I also was told. Take your time. I ended up buying a bed and mattress and headboard. Plus there was a good offer going on two free pillows + a discount. I was pleased with the sale
I would recommend anybody to go to Benson's for beds and have a look for yourself. Sometimes it's better to actually go into store and feel the mattress I hope this helps. Anybody looking for a bed
