Helpful and accommodating staff
The bed advisor , Jo was very helpful and friendly …. She listened attentively and was tuned into our needs .
As it was, we ended up with one single electric bed and one Kingsize bed , and one Kingsize bed frame which were all old stock , the 2 mattresses are very comfortable and each item was at an incredibly low price . I bought everything for the price of one Kingsize I gel mattress .
As she was so helpful , it encourages me at a later date to replenish our pillows and maybe even to purchase one of those fantastic gel mattresses from Bensons .

very informative and helpful
Joseph was very informative and helped us find a suitable mattress, bed frame and headboard. We have decided to hold fire until financially we feel comfortable spending on such a large purchase but we would feel comfortable approaching Bensons when we are ready.

Excellent shopping experience
Jo was very helpful without being pushy, gave clear explanations of the various ranges, especially around choosing the mattress, and as much time as we needed to try and retry until we felt confident with our choice. At no time did she imply that one type of mattress was'better' than another, for example based on price; simply helping us to make a personal choice.

When our bed was delivered it had holes in the material and one of the bedside drawers wasn’t working and unable to open .

Delivery notification warning
Message on 9th May, giving delivery time slot of
0831-1031 on the 14th of May. So I moved all my morning appointments and commitments to the afternoon.
The night of the 13th of May, two messages arrived in my junk mail changing delivery slot to 1357-1557 so had to re arrange my entire day, not impressed.
Staff in store and on delivery were very helpful and friendly.
