Poor information provided.
Very nice shop with good display of all products and the sales person was friendly and helpful.
She helped us to find some bedside cabinets that we liked and although we thought they were a bit expensive we went ahead and purchased them.
However she didn’t tell us that we would have to wait 11weeks for delivery and she also didn’t tell us that we would be charged £49 for delivery. Those two things made the purchase considerably more expensive and inconvenient and changed our view of Bensons service.
We’re not sure that we will go there again.

I have looked in to this for you and can see from your order that you are expecting a DHD which is a direct home delivery. With a DHD we are unable to supply a delivery date in store. Your order is sent directly to the supplier where it starts being built. On completion your order will be sent to the UK, this is when you will be contacted and offered a delivery date.

Amazing customer service
The sales assistant (apologies have forgotten name) looked after us really well from start to finish. We did have an issue with one item, through no fault of Bensons as it came from a third party supplier, but when I came back in to raise this, the lovely manager, Hannah, was nothing but spectacular in putting things right. She took matters into her own hands, was compassionate and resolved the situation on my behalf.

Had a great experience at Bensons For Beds in the Isle Of Wight! I would like to give a special shout out to Hannah, the store manager, who is an absolute asset to the Bensons team. She went above and beyond in helping us find the perfect new beds and mattresses for our new home, and you could tell she has a genuine passion for what she does. We never felt rushed, or pressured and felt confident that we were in the right place due to her friendliness and knowledge. Thanks Hannah! 110% recommend!!

Complete SCAM. Won’t refund my deposit despite cancelling within the 7 day period, instead they delayed the cancellation so now they don’t have to pay out. Manager Hannah is rude and has a disgusting attitude. Avoid at all costs all they care about is their commission
