Great customer service

I really like the bed. However the bed was delivered with two visible stains at the lower end. After assembling it, the delivery team acknowledged the issue, apologised, took photographs of the stains, and advised that someone would contact me to arrange a replacement or resolve the problem. Despite this assurance, I have not been contacted, and the issue remains unresolved.

A year ago, 2025, we purchased a king size mattress and noticed before the delivery we could not go into our bedroom via the stairway. As we urgently contacted Joanne who listened to our problems and advised us to change a rolled mattress and took a taxi for delivery as we urgently needed.

This year, we went into the same store to buy three more beds and a mattress. The ottoman bed is great and the Slumberland Orthopaedic Support Luxe Mattress is perfect for our needs.

The delivery team were also excellent. They arrived on time, called ahead before the delivery slot, and were very courteous and careful when bringing the beds and mattress into the property.

Overall, an excellent buying experience from Bensons, staff very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable helping me choose my right beds and mattress. From the ordering process through to delivery, everything was smooth, well-organised, and hassle-free. Highly recommended.

Communication very good in keeping you up to date on supply and delivery date and time, delivery staff very friendly and fullfill your requirements.

On first visit to the store, we were given time to look around before the staff approached us. Leah the sales assistant was very helpful and informative.
On the day of delivery we could not see how to put the 2 halves of the base together. We phoned the store, and Leah and Jo came out to our house and joined the 2 halves and put the mattress on. Very helpful.

I was nervous going somewhere different as I have Crohns Disease and need the toilet urgently. The lady at Bensons let me use the toilet. She also found me the perfect bed, mattress and headboard. It really comfy. I will recommend Bensons to my friends and family.

Was contacted day before to check still okay to deliver. Driver phoned when 30 mins away. Delivery was polite, quick as was assembly.

Other than new delivery date because of damaged to bed base the experience was good.

Everything ran smoothly and efficiently with excellent customer services from sales team Jo Poole at the Swindon shop through to communication following our purchase and delivery and installation.
We are incredibly pleased with our electric bed and could not praise Bensons Beds enough.
