Martin was excellent. Explained all the F&B of the product, not pushy and gave us time to decide. So much so we returned 2 days latter and bought another product.

Some parts of Bensons for Beds are very good but…
Some parts of Bensons for Beds are very good especially actual products, after order upto delivery but the in store experience, for us, was not good a mixture of lies and breaking legally binding deals.
Bensons policy of always sending you back to the store to sort out problems that occurred in store could never work.

Jo was lovely
Jo was lovely. Helpful, not pushy. Listened to what we wanted and helped us find it. Gave us time and space but made sure she was available for all our questions.
