Found Graham very very helpful. We purchased a King Divan and head board was very reasonably priced and was of hood quality. Delivery was prompt and reassembled on time.

New store in Torquay
Allowing for the fact that the Torquay store has recently opened and the staff I met are new employees to Benson Beds, I was impressed with the enthusiasm of the member of staff who greeted me and dealt with my requirements for a new mattress. There was one question he did not know the answer to and, instead of bluffing his way through he went to check with the computer to make sure his answer was correct. I hope I chose the right mattress for my specific needs. Obviously there are problems with the new store like the lift didn’t work (I’m disabled so I would have appreciated the lift in working order) and at least half of the downstairs floor was empty which to me didn’t make sense when you consider the first floor was full. However, when it is fully stocked and the staff are fully trained, I am sure it will be a great success.
