Relaxed atmosphere
I was looking for a certain type of mattress for our spare bed but wasn't prepared to pay over a certain price. Jake was really helpful in explaining differences and more than happy for me to try out all of them. When money is tight it is lovely to be able to buy without pressure.

Great customer service
I attended the Torquay store yesterday and received excellent customer service and advice from Darren who couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful when I was making my mattress selection. He was able to answer our questions and also advised me of which special offers were running to help me decide. I’m very happy with my mattress choice. I’ve since had a further query which I needed to speak to Darren about today and again he was very helpful. Darren is an asset to Bensons.

The salesman knew his stuff
The salesman greeted me as soon as i entered , taking me to the mattresses i enquired about , i wanted a firm mattress, but one firm mattress is totally different to another, because of materials used . Nothing was too much bother, luckily there's a lot to choose from narrowing the choice to one , with a discount as well, it worked out fine in the end.

What can you say, EXCELLENT.
Hi, having bought our first bed from Bensons for beds, this will be our review. The service from Bensons is first class ,from selection,trying out nearly all the beds on show,to sales which was easy,through to delivery . What can I say ,it has been brilliant.
We were informed of our date of delivery, the guys unpacked the bed and before you knew it my wife had made the bed.
Include a 40 night sleep warranty too.
Thank you Bensons ,we will be back again SOON.

My experience with the Bensons team
From choosing the bed we wanted in the store to the delivery was amazing. In store we were able to choose the right bed for us we were not rushed ,and when we asked any questions they were answered and explained .the delivery was perfect they were polite and helpful couldn't have asked for a better team will definetly recommend Bensons to our friends and family well done to them all .

A stress free experience at Bensons
We were met by a wonderful chap Darren who was very helpful, never pressurised us and answered all our questions in a very knowledgeable way. We did not purchase on the initial visit but was sure to return two days later to see Darren again. A wonderful, without any stress experience. Definetly recommend.
Time will tell however of the quality of the mattress we’ve purchased. From the initial try we are expecting wonderful night sleep.

The assistant took all our details but did not return anything to us as he had said
We then had to visit once again to remind the assistant to send the mail he had promised
We then Sat together on the pc and the price was literally 100% more than he had told us in the showroom
After paying we were then told of the 3 month wait until the wardrobe would be delivered
I sincerely hope the delivery and full assembly will be flawless in 3 months
