Recently joined and facilities are good
Recently joined and have been enjoying the Gym and Swimming. Facilities are good so far and the pool area and changing rooms are clean. Signed up for two Yoga classes now as well.

enjoyed the gym induction however….
Really enjoyed the gym induction and session at the gym.
I booked a badminton court for the Monday only to receive an email Monday morning saying it had been cancelled.
I logged on and managed to book a different court.
When I arrived I found the reason for my booking being cancelled was the holiday club wanted to use the court so they cancelled my booking. I don’t think this was acceptable as they should have just moved my booking to another court rather then cancelling it. I think it was poor management and rude.

Swimming lesson was great for my baby however there are only 2 baby change rooms and one of them the door is broken and has been broken for a long time now.
