Poor.
I am paying £100 a month for the Spa membership. I have been to use the services three times. Twice I've arrived and there are no towels. The Steam room wasn't working. The worst part is the very poor maintenance / ensuring that people are not sneaking in or being let in by there friends. The men play music out loud and men have very loud conversations within the sauna itself. It is being managed so poorly that the experience has left me wanting to either cancel or go to another gym which has a sauna spa. I am happy to be contacted to give a full review and suggest some improvements.

Great local facility
This is a great local facility with a very good programme of activities. The staff who take the classes are friendly and professional and the reception desk is always staffed and they are also helpful and efficient. The facility is clean and attractive with plenty of parking. The Better app is easy to use. Definitely a five star facility!
