Adjust swimming evaluation because its…
Adjust swimming evaluation because its been more then 3 months no evaluation happen neither and online update on how well kids are doing, no communication at all.
Also need to fix or add class cancellation +alternative timming available for all if there is any emergency we have still chance to have our class rather paying for nothing.

The facilities are amazing and the views from the place, the app is not great is very confusing and needs lots of improvement and because it’s a crowded place it lacks from personalization or the necessary attention for the clients a bit more, I feel what they really need is to hire more people to be able to keep up properly

I'm really impressed with Better
I'm really impressed with Better! I wasn't expecting such a fantastic range of classes, and I've been pleasantly surprised by the quality, structure and content of the sessions. The instructors are lovely, friendly and professional, which makes the whole experience even better.
So far, I've found the facilities to be clean, well-maintained and of a good standard.
My only minor criticism is that the foyer can get quite busy and noisy, particularly with lots of children around, presumably because of the crèche. However, that's a small inconvenience compared to the overall experience.
I'm genuinely delighted that I decided to join. Better has exceeded my expectations, and I'm really enjoying my membership so far. Highly recommended!

Booking classes
It's almost impossible to book certain yoga class. The classes are fully booked as soon as they appear on the schedule. If yoga is so popular, why aren't classes offered more frequently or held in larger spaces that can accommodate more people?

Always clean facilities. I have been there all different times of the day and there is always cleaning staff there every single time.
Gym space is nice and bright, modern and a very pleasant environment to do a workout in. Staff are all very nice and polite. It's a relaxed and respectful gym environment in comparison to some I have been to. The only issue I have with it is that it's small - all the best gym experiences I have had are where the gym have had lots of available equipment so you don't have to wait around to use the one piece available.
Parking is very affordable and overall nice facilities for the local area.

The facilities at the centre
The facilities at the centre are very good. With the exception of the male (I can't speak to the female facilities ) showers and toilets, which are old fashioned and tatty.
