Awesome Advice
The advice from the B2W team was detailed, specific and timely. All communication was prompt, polite and pro-active. Overall a great experience. One area for improvement would be to remove the option to proceed with selected a store to purchase from, as this can create confusion.

Process quite simple and stress free. The only issues I experienced was my workplace had no idea what to do and delays were due to staff passing on my application to another member of staff , who had no idea. Maybe the scheme needs to have a single guide for employees.

Very smooth and easy process. I went to look at bikes on the Sunday. I put my request through for the voucher and by Tuesday afternoon I had received my voucher. I went back to the bike shop of Friday and took the bike home that day. It could not have been simpler.
