Sneaky charge at the end of the scheme!
the experience of getting the bike was very easy. the customer service was also 5*. At the end of the loan they want you to pay a fee so that you can own the bike or they want it back. you are given 30 days to pay this or the price goes up. this was not made clear when you are signing up to scheme.
This should have been a 5* review and would have been if they didn't add a sneaky charge at the end of the scheme.

I received a further email that I could not use the voucher at Halfords making the application useless
