Unfriendliest service ever- bad…

Unfriendliest service ever- bad customer support!
During the booking process it was possible to use the credit card option which we did. Then in the next day it turns out that the so called "Ticket provider" only accepts direct bank transfer, which is already sketchy. The ticket price is too high for a direct transaction with my bank which is also closed due to public holiday. Thats why we called and inquired if there are other payment options, such as charging our debit. We wanted to make sure nothing goes wrong due to the high price of the tickets.
The person on the line never answered any of my questions and was so rude! The only line he could say was "look at the mail"....this is not customer support!!!
Such a rude and belitteling attitude with the audacity to tell me not to raise our voice. You are not helping your customers, you are losing them with things like this.
I'll never use your "service" again and recommend others to do the same!

To ensure optimal security in online payment transactions, we have implemented high security standards that serve the safety of all our customers. Should we receive feedback from our specialist department that the means of payment used does not comply with our security regulations, ONLY a bank transfer is possible. You will also have been informed of this in writing. Changing to another means of payment is not possible due to the system.

This is a relatively common procedure nowadays in order to reduce credit card fraud. Therefore, this only serves your security and that of all customers.

If a bank transfer is not possible, you naturally have the option of cancelling the booking request. Of course, there are no costs for this.

Furthermore, we would like to point out that the incidents described with our customer service do not correspond to our ideas of good customer service. We are happy to talk to the colleagues concerned and thank you for pointing this out.

Hello

Yesterday I received the flight confirmation and today in the morning I received an email indicating the cancellation. I ask you to cancel this reservation because they change everything constantly and do not give me security with the flight reservation. They told me on the phone that I should wait until Monday, but the flight is supposed to be on Monday and I don't want to be told that I won't get 100% of my money back, because first they cancel the flight and then they don't allow me to organize my trip because of the delay in communication, first problems to confirm the reservation and after it was booked the airline contacts me and cancels it.

The service provided was very fast and effective. The person sent me the missing ticket information immediately and solved the issue. However, it wasnt clear why the ticket issued didnt arrive tomy inbox in the first hand.

No communication.

I have a trip coming up in a few days time and when logging in to check in, I’ve noticed one of my flights has been cancelled.

I’ve had no messages from Billigflug warning me of this and no one at customer care would speak to me in English. Would appreciate a quick response to find out my options.

Horrible service

Horrible service. Ordered and paid more than EUR 300 for specific seats on our air france travel to Mauritius booked via Billigflug.

Never got seats and Air France never got anything booked from Billigflug.

In addition, I wrote billigflug several emails but no answer at all. But they still keep the money...

They said that my flight was cancelled, even though I checked the original airline website and the flight is still scheduled. On top of that, they charge you their ridiculous service fee, even if the airline cancels your flight.

Tickets at quoted price not available

I tried to book tickets from Berlin to Los Angeles. After entering my personal data and credit card information, the site tried to process my booking but said that the flight was sold out. The website offered an alternative at only 53€ more than the originally quote price. I chose the alternative, typed in my credit card information, and got the same message that the flight had been sold out. Once could be an accident. Twice is a scam.

I have been trying to contact you guys. Your hours say you're open until 2030. We have tried to review our flight but received the message that the combination of booking come and last name cannot be found. It's been 16 hours and the money has not been taken out. We would like to purchase it from a different company if it will take this long.

Schlechter Service/Don’t book at billigflug.de!

Meine Flüge wurden Corona-bedingt gestrichen. Billigflug.de hilft mir nicht mein Geld zurückzubekommen und rückerstattet die Vermittlungsgebühr nicht.

Due to Corona-related traveling restrictions, my flights were cancelled. Billigflug.de doesn’t help me get my money back. Additionally, they keep their service fee.

Great customer service

Just made a booking for a domestic flight in Germany, but after the booking I noticed a different departure time was booked. I called the customer service which was fairly quick answering, and the agent, Frau Nikolla, was super friendly and helpful and after she saw the fault was in the website they fully refund me on the spot. Will definetly consider booking with billigflug again with such a good service experience. Thanks a lot!

The worst experience ever

My flight has canceled due to COVID-19 on May 2020. It was understandable but they are still don't give me any refunds.

In addition, they had forced to me into travel insurance when I booking a ticket. Actually I did not know that I had a insurance until payment is done. And worst of all, the insurance was automatically renewed annually, and this year's insurance was automatically deducted. I just can not believe. Please take as much action as possible and as soon as possible. I strongly ask for all refund.

Do not change the topic. You have not yet refunded your own ticket price to me. It's been another year!

You should also see all the reviews of "BD24 Berlin Direkt Versicherung AG" for insurance companies by yourself. What you are doing is just a shift of responsibility.

So refund the ticket price ASAP. Of course, not a voucher.

As a flight agent, we have no influence on the reimbursement periods from the airlines. The ticket prices will be forwarded to the airline after they have been issued. As a result, a refund can only be made once it has been credited back to us.

Unfortunately, this has been taking a long time for many airlines since the outbreak of Covid19.

Insurance is offered to manage the booking process on our website.
You have the opportunity to differentiate between them. You are not required to book insurance. You have the option of canceling this yourself with the insurance company. We have already sent you an email for this purpose.

Useless Voucher / Nutzloser Gutschein

Some legs of our flight were cancelled. We got offered only a voucher which we can't use. At the end of the email with the useless voucher the sentence: please be aware that we can offer only flights with the originally selected airlines. Also, the airline can add additional charges to the original ticket price."

Is that a joke? Is this even legal?

Teile unseres Fluges wurden storniert. Uns wurde nur ein Gutschein angeboten, der für uns völlig nutzlos ist. Am Ende der Email mit dem nutzlosen Gutschein der Satz: "Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir ausschließlich Verbindungen mit der ursprünglich gebuchten Fluggesellschaft anbieten dürfen. Ebenso kann eine Aufzahlung des ursprünglichen Ticketpreises zum neuen Ticketpreis durch die Fluggesellschaft erhoben werden."

Soll das ein Witz sein? Ich bezweifle, dass das legal ist.
