Because not informing on time that I…

Because not informing on time that I need the visa in Turkey, to change the airport , I lost my return ticket and nobody taking responsibility about my lost or refund.

Wir bedauern Ihre Unannehmlichkeiten, möchten Sie aber darauf hinweisen, dass wir nicht das auswärtige Amt oder die Fluggesellschaft sind.

Terrible customer support.

Terrible customer support.
Terrible ethics.
I booked the wrong date to get home for a funeral (!!!), realized within the first 24 hours and tried to contact them to cancel and refund. No response, upon response no empathy or consideration to my situation - just an automated Cold response that there’s nothing they can do and they will not cancel nor refund.
Disgraced website.
Would recommend to avoid.

** Edit - as for billigflug.de response - I contacted the airline which was more than happy to assist due to the circumstances but they needed billigflug.de to agree and cancel my purchase first, something I was NOT able to achieve because billigflug.de would not listen nor corporate. My review stand still.

I will never use billigflug.de again

Booking worked fine, next day I got an E-Mail that because of booking issues and increase of price of the airline I need to pay more (30€). I called back next day, then I got the feedback, that there is a new price increase of about 50€ now.

It is a shame that this happens on the customer's risk and that you cannot trust the shown prices online. Unfortunately even a call with billigflug.de management did not help to solve the issue. I cancelled the affected flight and I will not be billigflug.de customer again. Super intransparent process! Sad.

I will not use billigflug.de in future…

I will not use billigflug.de in future since i look for a company that keeps to its price and not increases the price for no apparent reason. The price finally paid is nearly 100 euros more than what was originally shown when i decided to book....and this is without added insurance or options. You ave just lost a customer...and i book 3 flights a month which is typical.

Disappointed. It is not easy to navigate the website, moreover when ever I enter the code and the name to check my flight details it never worked.

worst company ever

we cancelled within 24 hours and your travel agency refused to provide us with a refund on the basis that we did not cancel by 10 pm when your contact center, that's less than 24 hours then?

Could you please explain how this is possible?

You should take the cancellation request into account and provide a full refund immediately.

Ich habe die von Ihnen gegebene Aircanada Telefonnummer angerufen und mit Frau Kramer gesprochen.
Ich will das Ticket meines Sohnes umbuchen und zwar Abflug entweder von Samstag 8 Juni 2019 oder Sonntag 9 Juni 2019 und Rückflug entweder für Samstag 22 Juni oder Sonntag 23 Juni 2019 (würde die Billigste option buchen). Frau Kramer(hier CC) meinte ich sollte, da ich es vor dem Abflug beantrage, direkt bei Ihnen beantragen und nicht bei Air Canada wie Sie schriftlich von mir verlangt haben.
Bitte tun Sie es geschwind, und senden Sie mir heute noch die neu umgebuchte Tickets (hin und zurück). Bitte vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Abflugflughafen und Ankunftflughafen die selben geblieben werden, da die Berlin Direkt Versicherung das benötigt um die Umbuchungskosten zurückzuerstatten.

Ich kann jederzeit unter die Telefonnummer erreicht werden:
Don's book with them! worst company ever! don't book through them, they lie in your face and event if you cancel within 24 hours, in writing, they will not issue you a refund saying that we should have sent the email by 10 pm, before the contact centre closed, it doe snot make sense, bad customer service, no care for customers, just a rip off!

I asked for the president and supervisor to cal me back, they never did, I asked for a credit, they did not know how to calculate it, because they don't plan to give it back to you in the first place, stay away from them!

Really bad customer service!!!

Really bad customer service!!! The company canceled my flight even if the payment went trough my account. I emailed and called the company many times but they didn’t want to want help me! I am still waiting for a refund and I had to buy another flight!! I definitely don’t recommend this company specially if you don’t speak German!!!

I was not able to change the language…

I was not able to change the language setting, so I had to find a person who speaks German to help me throught the process.

Other than that, the process seemed smooth.

Edit: It is a German company. However, being listed on Momondo, I think it would be on its place to have an English option.

As it should be, no frills, no obstacles

Easy to use, and no surprise charges/fees when I booked

Billigflug was easy to use, and importantly for me, did not have irritating surprises such as hidden fees and/or other charges - things that you often don't find out about until you are just about to complete a booking on some sites. Based on that alone, I'd use billigflug again.

Good Company

Good Company ! Quick process, fast confirmation of Electronic Ticket Number from Airline Companies after few minutes after purchase. 2 times i bought the tickets through Billigflug and both cases were fine. Of course in case of further changing the tickets it will be more costly than directly with airlines but if you are sure 100% that you will fly on certain days then its good opportunity to save the money.
