Ticket booked 3 times!!

I looked for a flight using Billigflug.de then I was redirected to Bravofly to book the ticket and buy it. The next day I received an email stating that my Reservation request was not completed and I have to hurry up to book a new ticket because prices are very dynamic. I opened Billigflug again to look for a ticket and didn't find anything cheap, then found cheaper ticket on another website so I booked it. Few minutes later I got an email stating that a ticket was booked for me from Billigflug (automatically maybe!!). After hours of phone calls I finally got back the paid amount for this automatically booked ticket.
Few days later I found from the bill of my credit card that the ticket from Bravofly (which was declined from Billigflug) is already booked and paid. I tried to explain the situation to Billigflug that I have two tickets on the same day with the same carrier but they said it is not their problem because it is from Bravofly, however I was redirected to Bravofly from Billigflug. I tried to explain it to Bravofly, they said it is not their business because the ticket was issued and confirmed.
Worst two companies to book tickets from!

Not fully trustful

I was very doubtful after I booked my ticket because I got an email indicating that my reservation is not completed and I have to choose another flight even though I paid for the ticked!

Unacceptable!

Unfortunately, I have booked a flight through billigflug.de! I will never use it again and will NOT recommend it to anyone - UNACCEPTABLE!
First of all, I was booking a flight for €35, when paying I found out I was paying €50 (€15 were added to my payment last second!), however, the payment did not go through as something went wrong on their website and the company charged me €0,01 (one cent!). After a while (1-2 hours), they returned the cent. Therefore, I assumed that the booking didn't go through and booked another ticket for the same flight with another website. IN 6 HOURS BILLIGFLUG.DE WITHDREW 50 EUROS FROM MY ACCOUNT. I tried to call to the customer support - no one speaks English, moreover, the call center just hanged up on me several times!
Horrible experience.
