I ordered three tickets got none
I ordered three tickets, none of them could be both. I waited more than 24 hours until the let me know. When I'm buying tickets, I want to know right away and stop thinking about it. I even had to call them about first two tickets, for the third i got mail.

Do not book through them - untrustworthy company!
I do not recommend to book tickets through billigflug.de
I booked two tickets for a total amount of 1590€ two days ago (Aug 14) and I have not received the final tickets yet after more than 48h.
I have called several times the customer service and I have also sent e-mails but they have not answered any of them. Customer service is not able to provide me with an answer on the phone.
Overall I am very dissapointed with the service provided and I do not recommend anyone to book tickets through them. All the time invested in calls and emails is not worth it in order to save 20 or 30 euros in the booking.
1st update, Aug 16, 8pm - they just sent me an email saying that the rate has increased 25€ per person. Of course if they wait +48h to answer me the rates will change. Unbelievable. Never book with them.
2nd update, Aug 17, 9:30am - After transfering 48,62€ last night, they confirmed me on the phone I will be getting the flight tickets this morning. Today I got a new email saying that now the tickets are 29,26 € more expensive per person. I have no words. This is truly a nightmare. I have spent over 1,658€ and they keep asking me for money.

The prices are misleading..service fees were added without me even realising it just at the moment when I was paying. I ended up paying more than on the airline website. At my complaint I got an answer in german (not in english, language I wrote my complaint e mail) that is most probably the email they send to literally any client who books with them and is disapponted. Never again. Don’t use it & share with your friends! It will just steal money from them.

I deleted my former review because they keep calling me hourly which is almost harassment. I will never recommend this to anyone
My critic was very valid: the price on Kayak was way cheaper than the price I end up paying and it doesn't matter why.

I listened to the very long message on my mailbox saying over and over that the charge is a service charge and not a charge for Credit Card Payment.
But no word on why the service fee is higher when it’s credit card payment.
You can call it different, but you charge more if it’s paid with credit card which is not ok.
Obviously this is not your fault or decision, but if your company makes money like this - it’s not for me. Other reviews say similar things so I don’t think I am the only misunderstanding something

The experience with billigflug.de is a nightmare, impossible to reach them and cancel any service
The experience with billigflug.de is one of the worst i've ever had. They charged with an unwanted insurance from Berlin Direkt in the last moment. When trying to reach the customer service, the waiting time was over 50 minutes! After speaking with someone, instead of cancelling the insurance they forced to take another one, under pretext that it was the only way to cancel it.
It's not a ticketing company but an insurance business.
Strong recommendation NOT TO USE this company. It's being a big nightmare trying to cancel the whole reservation.

Unfortunately, from time to time it can happen that we have an increased call volume and thus longer waiting times arise. We always work on improving our accessibility.
As travel agents we are obliged by law to provide insurance cover for flight bookings on our booking platform.
For greater clarity the choice of hedging options is limited. An insurance must actively be selected by you to be taken out and this is not obligatory.
With completion of a flight booking it becomes a firm reservation. A cancellation can only be made taking into account the airline's provisions and is usually associated with charges.
