Happy with the work done & the conduct…
Happy with the work done & the conduct of the engineers who turned up very professional. We had a couple of unique issues some which were new to BK, however they helped work through these new issues and fixed all the problems. We then had a slight issue on one of the toilets they'd fixed and the reacted really well - out the same day to sort the snag. Appreciated
