We've used P Blackhall several times now. They turn up on time, do the job properly, and charge reasonable rates. Next time we need help with plumbing, we'll be contacting P Blackhall first.

Getting a commercial gas installer in Edinburgh is not easy. PB Blackhall had our new boiler working in 2 weeks. They started very early and worked around restaurant working hours.

The engineer was kind and professional. He stated that the boiler valve was repairable but uneconomical, and a new boiler was needed. I received an unacceptably expensive estimate, even including. parking charges.
Just to let you know - the valve was repaired and the boiler serviced - professionally - for a reasonable price.

The engineer visit was quickly and efficiently arranged. The servicing engineer could not have been better, and I was very pleased to have chosen P. Blackhall.

We've happily used P Blackhall for 3 years for all of our plumbing and heating requirements. We've now trusted them to install a new HIU (Heat Interface Unit) for us in our flat as part of a communal heating system. As usual in any old building, there were challenges, but Tim successfully overcame them all including a few extra ones outside his direct remit. His team Andy and Sean) were highly professional, efficient and polite in everything they did during the de-installation of the old unit and the installation and thorough commissioning of the new HIU. They were confident through high standards of training and a lot of experience, and it showed in their professional approach to each and every task as they worked methodically through the project. The service from P Blackhall was first class, as usual. Thank you P Blackhall.

I made a call to fix a date for my annual boiler service and was very pleased to be offered a date the following week.
The employee arrived a little early but waited outside and rang the bell on time.
He was courteous,quick and careful in his work and considerate of my needs,I use 2 sticks.

Two friendly well presented engineers arrived on time and quickly serviced my boiler, explained what they were doing and left everything as they found it.

Before the due date for the boiler service P Blackhall gave us fair warning and it was simple to fix an appropriate date and time for the service. This had to be postponed because of unforseen circumstances but a new appointment was qickly arranged. The Technicians arrived at the time scheduled. All work was completed without fuss and no mess. Paperwork was filled out and the service book signed and dated. Advice was given over the timing of the next service and longer-term maintenance of the boiler. All very satisfactory.

Whole service was very efficient from initial quote to receipt of invoice.
The electricians who completed the work were very helpful and patient while always explaining what they were doing.

I've used Blackhall Plumbing a few times, they are incredibly knowledgable and responsive. This time, James was quick to find what needed to be done. He was a pleasure to deal with.

We've been using P Blackhall for a few years now. Everything about the service is easy- annual reminder in place, they show up on time when they say they're going to be there (no all day windows for turning up). The heating engineers were knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Invoicing by the company was prompt and easy to pay them. Will be definitely using them again.

We had a complex plumbing issue which Grant from Blackhall fixed efficiently and with good humour.
