I cancelled my policy, due to another company stating I was getting a better deal. But this was not the case. I got back intouch with Sarah Jane, to apologise & to ask could my previous policy be reinstated.
Kayleigh, set it back up within seconds.
I now feel very assured, with my policy.
Such lovely, kind & considerate ladies.
I cannot thank you both enough.

I had an absolute amazing conversation with Akheel Rehman today. Called up for home insurance, ended up reviewing my policy saving me money and giving additional benefits!! Such an easy conversation and what a laugh we had. An absolute assett to the company. I pray the best for you keep doing what you do and being you!! For me the biggest attraction dealing with Tina was that there was no hard sell. My circumstances are not standard by any stretch of the imagination, but she was able to help me through the web of life insurance and what my genuine requirements are foing forward.

Whilst Tina was open and honest, she explained the prducts that I currently hold and how these could be increased, but only if that's what I wanted to do - no hard sell, just a genuine approach and desire to meet customer need. Thank you @Tina!

From start to finish Akeel made the process as easy as possible. Was unsure what I wanted but he made it easy for myself to choose from. Cannot thank him enough for his patience and time.

Received a call to say they are ringing regarding my Bereavement cover and gave my insurers name. I told him it was already being processed. He then claimed the line was bad and cut off.
I mmeditely called my insurers who knew nothing about this company and assured me everything was being proceed for my late husband. How cruel can people be praying on the bereaved.

Excellent service. My consultant Akeel Rahman was fantastic. He listened to what i was looking and he talked through everything with me to ensure he gave the best advice on the products which were most suitable for me. I can't rate the kind of customer service he gave to me highly enough. He was friendly, funny, very informative, and not pushy at all.

Saved me money with a better policy. Polite and worked around my work rota to talk and help me. Tina Brazier was great explaining everything as we worked through my options.
