I was put at ease instantly

I was put at ease instantly by the lovely assistant. She told me all about what was going to happen and about hearing aids that would be best for me. I took home all the information to digest and think over in my own time.

First class service I found the staff to be very helpful

I found the staff to be very helpful, listened to my needs and were able to steer me in the right direction regarding aids without being pushy or trying to sell me the most expensive ones, Jaqueline sold me what she thought was best for me. I’m sure when I go back to be fitted with my aids she’ll be just as helpful, she knows her stuff.
