Excellent service from the audiologist who explained well on the hearing and helped to make the right decision

Boots hearing aids are very expensive & I would definitely try another company when I need to replace my hearing aids. They don’t tell you when you buy them that after your guarantee period is over the repair costs are very expensive. Whatever the problem it cost £99 for repairs.
Today the price increased to £149. A 50% increase is just not fair. They cost less than this to make. My hearing aids have been repaired 5 times & I am extremely careful with them.

Can I check these facts? You treat me with contempt and when I complain, you ask me to send you my details.Which I do. And now you appear to have given my details to a private company without my permission. This company are now ringing me to thank me for an enquiry which I have not made. Is this a fair assessment, because I’m pretty sure this is illegal under the Data Protection Act.

My audiologist Shab was extremely professional and welcoming. Her understanding and knowledge of dearness concerns was excellent.
I was also great full for Maria’s knowledge and ability to match me with the best aid for my needs.

As usual Naheela and Abida absolutely very professional, friendly and helpful.

Thomas Devonald was excellent.He explained every stage carfully showing me diagrams and taking time to make sure I understood each process.

Hearing test was excellent. Cost of hearing aids were £1000.00 more expensive than Specsavers. Boots should be more competitive

I’ve been a client of Prubpreet Boots Hearingcare Wolverhampton for over 10 years now, and I was one of his early clients.

I cannot speak highly enough of him. His knowledge is excellent and he always explains everything clearly, but what stands out most is how caring and understanding he is. He listens, he’s patient, and he makes sure my needs are met every single time.

Even after all these years, I still feel looked after and valued as a client. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hearing care.

Just completed my ‘mid term review’ having been fitted with Phonax hearing aids in January 2026.

I feel I must pay tribute to the hard work, professionalism and friendliness of Thanki Roshni my Audiology Consultant at Boots, Gallowtree Gate, Leicester. Thanki has been unfailingly courteous and patient in explaining every aspect of the provision, fitting and maintenance of the equipment and in answering all of my many questions.
