Helpful and efficient

Could not praise BoxMart enough!!
I am a repeat customer of BoxMart and recently an order was slightly different quality which I was not as happy with. I emailed BoxMart and a lovely Lady Nicola replied in absolutely no time. Within about an hour and 3 emails, Nicola had looked into the reason for this, had a resolution and kindly offered to replace these for me and reassure that going forward they will be reverting to the original quality. I can honestly say that I am SO impressed by the customer service, best I have received from any company and just proves that each individuals custom matters to them, no matter how little or big your order is. They really listen and take on board any feedback! Couldn't praise them enough.
