Where do I start…
These people are amazing..
I’d bought a car from a dealer,faulty,wouldn’t take it back..
was told to take it to Vauxhall for an inspection £160 lighter and they told me my problem was tracking and tyres and it’d sort it out,so that’s what I did….but no it didn’t fix the problem,so I took it to these people..they didn’t promise me anything,just said it to me straight,if they could find the problem they would report it to me….. less then £60 and they found the problem,Vauxhall should’ve found it.
They showed us the problem on the video they’d taken for me…
They then told us the price and said if you have a cheaper mechanic,use them….
These people were amazing,not once did they rip me off and I’m a woman!!
Thank you and if you people out there are looking for a brilliant garage/mechanic’s you won’t go wrong using these people.

I am usually happy with B&S world but when the windscreen washer wasn’t working properly, I was told that I needed a new jet costing £70. I then went to Steven Eagell Toyota, who adjusted the jet free of charge. Why was I told by B&S world to buy a new jet for £70 instead of just doing a simple adjustment???

I am not happy with the service of the Brake & Service World garage
in Luton.
The front coil springs replacement took 3 days.
The repair was extended from day to day.
On the last day the garage demanded from me a payment of over £200 despite the fact that I had purchased the parts and brake cover service and the AA authorized and accepted the repair cost already.
The garage service staff very rude and arrogant.
It was not a nice and stress-free situation.
Please do not offer me the service at Luton Brake & Service World ever again
 

Replacement of tyre, booked a slot on line and they changed tyre on time and quickly. Very pleasant staff, made me feel like a valued customer which is a pleasant surprise with companies these days! Have been on 4 separate occasions with my car and my sons and always had a great experience.

I brought my car to this garage for an issue, and at that time, it was still drivable. After being kept for several weeks with poor communication, my car was returned in an undrivable state—far worse than when I left it! To make matters worse, they charged me for parts that did absolutely nothing to fix the problem.

Not only was the problem not resolved, but I was also informed that my car is now a fire hazard. This is completely unacceptable. I was forced to pay out of pocket to have my car towed back home because it was no longer safe to drive.

This garage's incompetence and disregard for customer safety are beyond words. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle anywhere else. I am extremely disappointed and will never return to this garage.

I had a MOT done there today, they were pleasant, efficient and very helpful. I highly recommend them and would definitely take my car there again.

Had issues with car at midday. Took it in that day. By 5pm they’d sorted it and checked car. Excellent service. I was so stressed as use car for work; they went the extra mile (literally!) and I appreciate it.

I went in for a MOT and Service which then went fine. They then told me my break pads and disks were atrocious and need fixing asap with a cost of £600. I couldn’t at the time afford this, I brought it into another dealership a couple months later and they said there’s absolutely no issue and they have another 10,000 miles left on the breaks… very disappointing that they tried to sell me a arrives I didn’t need

Great service, had several issues with my Fiat 500X.
Nothing was too much trouble for Ibrahim and his team.

Our experience has been very positive. They are very helpful and willingly help their customers. Fair pricing and always check with us and quote before any work is undertaken. Some work has been done at short notice as we are regular clients. They have looked after us well and therefore this is trusted place to go whenever we have problems with our cars.

Had mot done at Letchworth and booked very easily online.Work carried out on time and great waiting area.Actually met the owner who was very pleasant and chatty to us.All staff we encountered were very friendly and overall a fantastic service.Will be back in future.

having never heard of this company before and was recommended to them i was unsure what to expect. But the customer service is exceptional, the staff are polite and very helpful providing coffee and a lift home when i had to lesve my car there. work was done and carried out when i was told it would be and i am happy to recommed this company to my family and friends.

I’ve been driving for about 15 years and of the numerous garages I’ve visited, the Luton branch of Brake and Service World is the most friendly and reliable! I’ve been coming here consistently for the last 3 years or so and the team are always so happy to help, the last few times I’ve popped in for more minor issues (headlight change, low on oil etc) and they have been resolved free of charge! I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else :)
