David came round and gave me a price and terms on there and then. Though out the packing stage issued me boxes, tape and protection. Brilliant home moving service – friendly, professional, and made the whole day run smoothly. The lads on the ground were especially welcoming and approachable. Couldn’t have asked for better support!the lads really couldn’t have done enough for us!!!

Had a great service from this team, David came & had a good look around then gave us a instant quote of costs with no added extras which some companies like to charge. Brought us all the boxes when we required them, on the the day the team arrived to load everything & because we had a wait the other end they were very patient till we got the go ahead then moved everything into place where either labelled or asked & finally when finished asked for payment as agreed. Then about 2weeks later called David & he promptly collected empty boxes, I would highly rate this team for your removals as all the stress is taken away. Many thanks to David Powell & his team.

Really fantastic service at a reasonable price. Dave took the time to properly look around our house, provided us with the kit to pack, and was very flexible when our moving date kept changing. The lads who moved our things were bang on time on the morning of the move, very respectful and careful with our furniture, and got the job done really fast. They don't take your money until the job is done and you're happy, unlike the other companies we looked at that had surcharges, additional fees, and relied on talking negatively about the competition. They really took the stress out of moving day for us, highly recommend

Brian arrived promptly to quote for our home move, (including using the company to pack for us) and gave some helpful advice about preparing for it in addition to the written leaflet. We confirmed our move was going ahead a week in advance, then had to delay by 1 day due to our purchasers. David was pleasant about the short notice and still managed to accommodate us. The day prior to the move Nick and Damian arrived to pack up a lot of our items, including all our delicate glassware and china which is irreplaceable because the patterns are no longer made. On the day all our promised workers / drivers arrived promptly, were courteous and efficient, and very patient whilst we waited for the keys. They delivered everything into designated rooms, checking with me when unsure, and put garden sheds and other items where I wanted. They reassembled all the furniture they had taken apart for the move. There were no breakages, no damage, and our inability to find the plug for our recliner sofa was rectified by David himself. I fully recommend their terrific service, thank you everyone.

Very happy with service, very reasonable price after having many quotes. The three men who done the moving worked really hard, very polite and very helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

Dave and his team have been great from the first quote to the last check. Because of problems in the chain, our moving date has shifted three times, and they have been super flexible, not charging any extra fees for date change or cancellation until the day before! They have also provided us with all boxes, labels and wrapping paper. They have been precise and reliable in a very stressful process, where everything else seemed to be out of our control. We absolutely recommend them!

From Dave coming out to quote move in Birmingham to being in our new home in Yorkshire all I can say is EXCELLENT SERVICE !! Very reasonable price paid when job was done. The lad's that moved us Dave & Ade were friendly respected our belongings and had to drive and load on a very wet stormy day without any complaints. Moving home is stressful and this firm made this part of it as stress free as it could be ! Look no further if you need a removal company, these guys are great ! Thanks again...

Dave was very helpful. The price was very reasonable. The three guys who came to move my Mum were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The leaflet with a checklist of people to contact after moving was very useful.

We got quotes from three other firms and Brian Dale were significantly less. They were also really flexible as our exchange dragged on and we were able to book them without having exchanged, which none of the other firms would do. We also didn't have to pay up front but once the move had happened, which was really great.
The team did a really good job of moving our stuff, very quickly both with loading and unloading. We also got some good advice on packing beforehand.

Overall excellent. The quote for the service was competitive. Dave coordinated and offered helpful advice. All packing materials were included, with an option to have more dropped off if required. On the day the lads worked so hard, were all very polite and cheerful. Following a delay picking up keys they were calm and reassuring and moved our belongings in quickly and carefully. They managed to move bulky furniture up an awkward staircase, a tight squeeze but they had no complaints and were very accommodating.

All members of the team that we spoke to were so helpful and excellent from the initial discussions to the work on moving day. They made moving day so much less stressful than it could have been. We were delayed and stressed on the day, but the whole team had been through that before and were not phased in the slightest. They stayed long past office hours to get the job done at no extra cost. They were so quick and efficient. They could not be beaten on price. I am so pleased we decided to go with Brian Dale and Daughter - as we had checked out the market and they were the most competitive. And the service was top notch. All packaging and boxes provided as part of the flat rate, no waiting fees if it all goes wrong on the day. Really happy with the service.
