Faced with a last minute completion date, most companies were already booked up well in advance, however I am so glad I found these guys. They completely put me at ease, from David coming round to give us a quote, providing all the necessary packing equipment (boxes, bubble wrap, paper, tape) plus extras at request, to the guys that showed up on the day to move us.

They are excellent at what they do, swift, super friendly and get the job done.
They reassemble your furniture the other end so we all had a bed to sleep in that evening. They handle your possessions
carefully. There was a delay getting the keys but these guys hung around waiting.

I would 100% recommend these guys if you want a stress free move. Thankyou David and The Team.

Brian Dale and Daughters moved us into our new family home on 18th December - the last Friday before Christmas. The quote was competitive at first which is clearly a factor but the accompanying literature made me feel at ease with choosing them. Boxes and packing materials were all delivered well in advance of the move. Due to COVID we only ended up exchanging the day before the move - I had kept David up to speed and they turned up as promised on 18th. Bradley and the rest of the crew worked SO hard to get us into the new home and are an absolute credit to Brian Dale and Daughters. They delivered carton wardrobes and were patient with us as we packed up the final bits and bobs and even got us a second van as we had so much stuff to move. The crew were in great spirits through a hard day's work and were pleasant throughout. Moving house is stressful and having the crew on hand certainly removed a lot of that hassle on the day. I would recommend them to friends and family.

A great bunch of guys! We had Mark & Jack plus 2 others and they were so friendly, incredibly quick and we’re happy souls even while the weather did everything it could to drown them! We would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Dave!

I have rated this company as a 1 as they didn’t turn up for the job as promised.they sub contracted it out to another company claiming they had numerous people off with covid and couldn’t do the job. In the contract we agreed upon they said they would give us wardrobe cartons. The new company did not bring these and we hadn’t packed our clothes up. I called Brian dale and daughters as they were who we had the contract with therefore they should honour that. The man on the phone seemed to think he was doing me a favour trying to find wardrobe cartons which he did not find and we had to move our own clothes in a car. They did offer to put rails in the van and hang out clothes up in the van- I did not want my clean clothes hung up in a van where they could easily fall from hangers and get dirty. They claim workers were off with covid and couldn’t do the job, therefore I don’t understand why they wouldn’t have wardrobe cartons available- if they booked us in for a job then they would be available. My in laws are moving next month, they will not be using this company nor would I recommend them. Stress less moving- I don’t think so

A first class service. The crew of Mike, Isaac and Loz worked so hard all day for our removals. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Very professional and a smooth move for us. Well done and thank you for your hard work.

I was moving on my own for the first time and eager to make it as stress free as possible. This company had an excellent service in easing my worries. They were professional, flexible in these complicated times, affordable, and moved my furniture without any damage. Really happy and would recommend to anyone. Happy to support this small, local company.
And as a bonus, the boxes were collected two weeks later!

This is the second time that I have used this company and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
Dave and all of the guys are a great team they all worked incredibly hard from start to finish. They are all very polite and professional and took great care with all of my belongings.

I dont usually bother leaving reviews but this firm deserves maximum feedback even after a long day it deserves every effort. From Dave's first quote to the last box being placed in our new home I cannot fault them. Dave and his firm deserved every penny of their very reasonable quote. We had to change a date and needed more boxes and neither was a problem. Dave made it work. Phil John and forgive me the young lad who was with them were friendly, professional. Better than I could of ever imagined. Thank you to all of you.

Second time of using this company and second time of having excellent service, they took as much of the stress out of the move as they possibly could, the crew that came were friendly and extremely efficient on both occasions fitting into a removal van a competitor advised we would need nearly twice the size, the price was also extremely competetive, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company

We’ve just used this company to move to our new home after being recommended by a friend. They were professional and helpful from start to finish. The boxes arrived well before the move so we had plenty of time to get everything we needed boxed up and done in advance. The team really made the experience easy and completely stress free. They were great at getting everything where we wanted it to go with care in our new home. Hopefully we won’t be moving again for a very long time but if we do we’ll definitely use them again.

We decided to use Brian Dale and Daughter as They seemed a reputable company and got promised that they would “take all the stress Out of the moving day”. We got given an example of how other companies charge to wait if there are any delays on the day and they don’t do this... the price quoted, is the price you pay whatever happens!! What a joke this all was!
The day arrived and the three men arrived with NO PPE during the Coronavirus lockdown despite promising us that they would be fully kitted! They emptied the old house pretty quickly and went off for lunch. Unfortunately, we had delays with getting the keys for the new property (completely out of our control) and the atmosphere seemed to change quickly. We were getting harassed by the three men and constantly made to feel bad about the situation which was already EXTREMELY stressful. Then Dave arrived who gave us the quote and told us that he expected more money for their time. This was really difficult but we were considering paying more.
When the keys finally arrived our property was literally thrown into the new house and stacked so badly that some of the boxes collapsed under the weight and we couldn’t get into the room to begin organising! Our nearly new mattress was dragged through mud and now has stains that I cannot remove whilst our topper has dirty hand prints all over. Countless items of furniture were damaged and plant pots that again were guaranteed to be safe are left with ruined and dead plants.
This company took no care and have left us devastated with the amount of damage caused. Please pay a bit extra to get more that a man (or 3) with a van!!!

Dave came to see us on a Sunday evening and his manner instantly relaxed us. The boxes were delivered when promised, one month in advance, and you aren’t charged a deposit for them.

The whole experience was stress free and the move went incredibly smoothly.
