From start to finish, the whole process of moving could not have gone more smoothly! Thanks to Brian and David. On the day the men were fantastic. They were so helpful, efficient and considerate and had great sense of humour!
I would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. As we all know, moving is so stressful but on that day last week I had no worries at all. Completely trustworthy.

After 3 cancelled moves, David at Brian Dale and daughter didn’t give up on me nor did they get cross. Lots of support and alternative dates given. Eventually moved 4 months later in December. The lads that moved me were helpful and careful with my stuff and even came back a few weeks later to move a heavy bookshelf for me.
Check the price twice. I was charged more than the quote but still a lot less than other quotes.

We moved house in the last week of September and due to various delays in the exchange process, we unfortunately lost our booking with the removal company we were originally going to use, 2 days before the move! David at Brian Dale and Daughters came to our rescue, finding a way to fit us in and help us with our move, for which we will be forever grateful.

Moving day itself was a really smooth experience. David's team were excellent in every way. Efficient, careful, considerate and a great sense of humour! All of which helped make the logistics of the move itself completely stress-free. Would not hesitate to recommend or use their services again in the future.

We used Brian Dale last month for our house move. We could not fault their service. Dave kept us updated throughout, especially when the moving date had to change. The men on the day worked tirelessly to load and unload the van. They were careful, particularly in our new house and gave thought to where they put all of our furniture. We would not hesitate to recommend them!

Excellent removal company. Very fair pricing policy with no “hidden” costs and great flexibility around extra boxes pre move. (Where did we get all this “stuff”!!). On the day the team worked their socks off. They were cheerful, helpful and made the whole process so much easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. We used Brian Dale for our recent move and they were great. Communication with / from David before the move was brilliant. On the day everything went very smoothly. Unfortunately we decided to try to move a large piece of furniture after the movers had assembled it - totally our fault- and we broke it. The fitter came back and fixed it for us for no charge - excellent service! I’d highly recommend them.

We had Brian Dale & Daughters today for our move and we honestly couldn't fault them. They arrived promptly and got straight to it, we needed another van for some last minute bits and it was provided at no extra charge. They took our beds/furniture down and put them back up in our new house. They were so efficient and made a very stressful day easy. I was so nervous about removals as we had never done it before but I'm so glad we chose them! Thank you so much, will be recommending you to everyone we know!

David is a genius. He knew exactly how many boxes we needed and the size of the van at a glance. His prices were fair and he clearly knows the moving process better than anyone. Our sale during lockdown was a nightmare and took forever but our moving day could not have been more seamless thanks to Phil and George. David's flexible contract is a godsend when it comes to the uncertainty of moving. If only solicitors were as amenable as he is!

A great service from start to finish, would reccomend to anyone. Dave was great at dropping off materials and explaining everything and our removal team on the day were amazing so helpful and even went the extra mile when we had trouble with our sofa fitting!

Brian dale a daughters were professional, efficient and very helpful from start to finish. The quote was competitive with no hidden extras. I unexpectantly went into storage before my removal and David kindly offered to drop my outdoor plant pots to a friends house as i was travelling from Birmingham to Devon. Cant recommend them enough.

We had Brian Dale & Daughter when we moved last month. Very friendly and helpful service despite us being unable to confirm the date until two days before. All the useful extras - boxes, bubble wrap, parcel tape and labels were included in the price.
The team were cheerful, friendly and efficient.
Having loaded everything (and we have a lot of stuff) by midday, they were very patient while we waited four hours to get the key to our new home! Everything was unloaded, reassembled where necessary and placed where we wanted it even though it meant working late.
We would recommend this firm to anyone moving house!

This is a great company never used them before but would not hesitate to call on them again .the staff were friendly and professional at all times and made our move go smooth

We didn't complete until late in the day but the team were great at checking which rooms we wanted our stuff in etc and working in 20degree heat!
We did have an item that was broken in transit but a full repair was provided and could not fault the professionalism of the team
Plenty of boxes were provided in advance for our own packing and the packing service the day before did just that, packed EVERYTHING!
We had a few large items that were assembled late in the day and the team made a great effort

The removal guys were very polite and efficient. The move went well on the day and they collected the boxes within 3 weeks.

Brian Dale & Daughter recently did my move and their service was second to none. Dave came round shortly after the initial enquiry to do the quote and provided lots of boxes, packing tape and room labels to help me get started. On the weekend before completion he texted to see if it was still going ahead on the proposed date.
The day of the move, I was informed in advance that they were going to be late due to issues with transport, however when they did arrive they worked quickly and safely, with no problems. The lads working were very friendly and professional.
Once I got the keys, they were there in no time at all and it didn’t take long to get everything off the van and into the specified rooms, they even put the beds together. Their hard work ensured a stress free day for me.
I highly recommend them and would use them again - hopefully not for a long time though!

They dropped our TV and we heard it happen. They know they did it as they unwrapped it (the others were left wrapped) tv had no obvious signs of damage until we plugged it in. They eventually came out to look, agreed an insurance claim in December and we’ve heard nothing since. My advice is use another company who are honest. This company is dishonest (it took a lot of chasing and persuading for them to admit liability). Dreadful experience. They also quoted us for 1 big van and 1 small van and 5 men. On the day we got 1 big van and 4 men. The men worked hard but had to squeeze our stuff in & at one point they told me they couldn’t fit my plastic garden shed. I moaned and they managed it in the end. All smokes and mirrors with this company, don’t believe what they say!
