I would give a 10 stars for the fantastic service we received from Joanne Kirk and Jordan Tomlinson on our mortgage application. They went above and beyond that we had excellent communications from the team, it was a great experience and definitely a bonus to customer where they kept track on products throughout the process to help secure the lowest interest possible. A big thank you to the team!

Jordan could not do enough to help; and responded to all my requests, concerns and queries in a timely manner. Well worth the money.

I spoke with Mike from Broadbench to better understand my options when it came to income protection. Mike was able to break down the options and talk me through the perks and cons of each.

Although I ultimately decided it wasn't for me at this time, I felt better informed after speaking with Mike and would reach again in the future if I changed my mind.

I booked a consultation call with Mike from Broadbench and he was really helpful in answering my questions. In the end we both realised I was unlikely to make a purchase as it wasn't the right fit for our organisation, but he was still kind enough to spend the 30 minutes giving great advice anyway.

The application process for a relevant life and key person's cover with Mike was detailed. He was patient in explaining key aspects and was able to address my concerns raised during the application.

Jordan helped me renew my mortgage, she was very good and made it an easy process. It was an awkward one due to having to renew but also moving house with in a small period of time, so she helped me find the right mortgage avoiding any early repayment fees whilst being at competitive interest rate. Thanks again Jordan.
