I've had a great experience with Broadbench to find the right Life Insurance product. Mike Cooke advised me on which companies were right for me, he made the process simple and straight forward without any hard selling! All in All a fantastic experience, I will use Broadbench again! Many thanks!

Jordan and Joanne went the extra mile for me with my application for a first-time buyer mortgage. I felt like there was always an opportunity for me to ask questions, and they pursued requests for me, such as seeking different lenders, just to reassure me that they had definitely found the best deal in the first place.

Tom and Emma really persevered in getting me the critical life cover that was needed after so many obstacles were thrown in our way. No of the delays could be attributed to Broadbench, they stayed positive and gave me their full support and specialist knowledge. Eventually the critical life support policy was agreed.. Great life insurance and critical illness cover advice.
Tom reviewed all my cover/policies and gave advice to tailored to my new mortgage, children and the age and stage that I'm at! I feel very happy that I have excellent cover for myself and family should anything happen to me.

Great service, was looking for life and critical illness cover. Having tried to arrange cover with other companies to no avail I gave Broadbench a try. My advisor Mike Cooke took me through all my requirements and then advised me on my options, costs to my company and how this would equate to a personal policy. I was kept informed throughout the process, with regular contact even if it was just to advise that they were waiting for medial information from my GP or they had chased information again. The level of cover and costs were very good, in some instances exceeding what I was looking for at great value.

An all round great guy and a business I'll be in contact with again in the future

I found the people I spoke to via email and on the phone both friendly and helpful. They helped secure us a good mortgage rate and this was checked against current deals each month up to our renewal date to make sure it was still the best deal we could get. By doing this, they helped us avoid paying a rate that would've meant an increase of around £200 on our monthly payments.

One niggle, hence the 4 stars, was that one correspondence confused me due to slightly incorrect information about rate, however this was resolved very quickly when I queried it. Without this small niggle, 100% would've given 5 stars. Eitherway I'll be using Broadbench again!
