Thomas was extremely helpful and personable. Always available to answer any questions or queries I had and securing us a competitive rate. Nothing was too much trouble. Very professional and can not recommend enough.

I wanted to have a private health insurance but had no clue how the UK system works. Mike Cooke was kind and patient enough to explain it in plain English in multiple calls, even bringing real life examples to make me understand it better.
He has run different quotes for me, and helped me patiently to think thru the options.
It’s the second time Broadbench assisted me with insurances (the 1st one being a life insurance) which shows I have trust in them which they completely deserve.
