Achieved what we needed but with minor caveats
Buss Murton delivered a good service and we got what needed within decent timescales over the Christmas and New Year period.
The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is some issues that needed to be pointed out within the wills, and one particular issue needed pointing out more than once.

Exceptional
Had telephone conversations with a few other solicitors before I met Margaret. On consultation the first thing she said was "are you safe?" From then knew she was the right solicitor for my situation. She was open and honest about the worst case scenario so managing my expectations.
