Ooooh! Ouch! No! Probably best for a bunch of undiscerning 21 year olds!

I bought a B-Rex burger meal from the branch on Lydden road. The onion ring inside the burger was burnt and still had the skin of the onion on it. Intact and fried to a bitter crisp. This is beyond a joke. How am I supposed to trust that the meat (or anything else for that matter) was correctly prepared when something as simple as an onion ring was done so poorly and with such little care?

Liverpool city centre- Amazing food! Our server was fabulous and so attentive. Didn’t catch his name but he had dark curly hair, well spoken with circular glasses and a 2002 necklace on. Really made our experience 10/10.

To pay their inflated prices and constantly end up with watered powder sold as milkshake is pretty gross. Why is there no common sense to keep it colder.

I visited your Norwich restaurant this evening and I have visited several times before, usually with good satisfaction but this time was far from that. We were warned about the service being a bit slower than normal tonight and we waited around 45 mins in between getting our drinks and our food which was quite a wait especially considering we had finished our drinks by the time the food arrived which wasn’t ideal already. I had ordered the Smokey, which as a Muslim I chose as often if I choose a burger that already has bacon in and want to have it removed, more often than not this is forgotten and I end up with a burger with bacon. My burger arrived with bacon to my dissatisfaction - if I simply took it off, half the toppings were stuck to it and would come off too. Additionally I was already getting a burger that had been touched by bacon. I asked the waitress if they could just make another one for me as I never asked for bacon and explicitly went for a burger without it and she wasn’t at all apologetic and suggested I just take it out, which I don’t think she would’ve suggested if I visibly looked like a traditional Muslim and she said there would probably be a 15 minute wait on a replacement. This made me feel like I was out of line for a mistake on your behalf. The 15 minutes is ridiculous, my dietary requirements have not been catered for and if my server/chef has got the order wrong I shouldn’t be having to wait that much longer for a replacement - it should be a priority ahead of other orders. I shouldn’t have to feel humiliated with my friends and then have to eat a burger which I feel uncomfortable eating.

Extremely disappointed by their business practices. Taking from the tips to top up managers salaries is not a honourable thing to do.

Byron is the only place I can count on consistent quality. The team at Byron Burgers - Streatham never let me down. Literally the only place I order in from when I want a good burger and the portion size on the fries is amazing. Try the truffle aioli.

Our first meal out since the lockdown began, and it had to be for a Byron burger. Everything was lovely and clean, and we felt very safe. Excellent service by Giuseppe in the Chelmsford branch, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back again soon. :-)

Firstly, the food is incredible. For that alone you should go here in person or order delivery and try it out.
This was my first time getting from Byron and i was expecting the standard custom, however I received such kind words and a little freebie with my order. It really took my by surprise and it made my day :)
Really couldn’t big this place up enough it’s fantastic!

We've just spent a few days in Edinburgh and this is our last night so we decided to go for a meal out on The Royal Mile - we went to the North Bridge Byron and was served mainly by Robbie L and I just want to say he is the biggest asset to your company. All we did was laugh when he was around and he even managed to get us 2 complimentary proseccos as we got engaged a couple days ago. He was an amazing waiter! Please tell him we loved being served by him!

Not great, we had some food delivered by deliveroo. Supposed 15% discount. All Byron did was reduce the amount of our food. Not happy. Not buying from this company again. Avoid.

Visited Byron in Norwich last week and had a lovely meal. B-Rex burger was great. The 30% off for blue light card holders is brilliant! Thanks Byron.

Had a lovely meal at Byron today, very friendly staff, food was spot on and out in good time. Would definitely recommend for the all round experience, a nice clean eating area which is difficult to maintain in a busy restaurant. Definitely would recommend

Overall Byron is a very tasty eating out experience with friendly staff. I went to book a table online and I saw them joining the woke brigade. I need to remind them that 97% of the UK is not black.

Had amazing lunch today at Byron in Waterloo area. I was served by the nice lady called Sarah. She was amazing, really helpful and made my whole experience superb. Definetely recommend the Byron, the staff is friendly, food is top quality! Love it!

I recently had a great meal at Bryon in Norwich.
A couple of days later I visited Bryon in Cambridge.
Although we hadn’t even eaten there, I was helped by waiter Marco, who allowed us to use the washrooms, what a credit to the company, polite, friendly nothing too much trouble. Give this man a pay rise! Thanks Marco.
Call into Byron if your in Cambridge and ask to see this man he’s a legend in anybody’s lunchtime.
