grown up for 50 years hating salad. ordered for whatever reason a chicken salad in Byron Greenwich a salad. incredible service, a salad I would eat 100 times over but I guess that would defeat the point of the salad.

recommended to anyone Byron. superb location, staff and service.

C'mon Byron Essex Rd you charge me for courgette fries and keep packing the boring French fries in my takeaways. This keeps happening. Staff are mostly friendly. You weren't busy. I've just made do before but time and again this is sloppy. You need to check the order with the receipt guys! If you didn't have courgette fries on the menu I'd be using Prime Burger.

yeah love going into the resturant in salisbury wiltshire love the food love the staff always talk to you very plesant i quite enjoy the discount as its 50 percent off so even better the only downside i would give it if you dont ask for your starter to be seperate sometimes they will bring your starter along with the main dish so it can be quite annoying otherwise apart from that its brilliant and the toilets are always clean some resturants ive been to they are pretty grubby and not looked after

Visited the Birmingham restaurant on Saturday 29th with my husband & children. Considering it was a Saturday lunch time we got a table easily. The staff we interacted with were lovely. Unfortunately my husbands burger took longer to come out than the rest (just over five minutes) & he then had a further 10 minute wait before his fries arrived & that was only after we asked. We're both from an F & B background so know how things should run & this wasn't quite right.

That being said the food was lovely although my husband didn't think his Reuben burger was worth the £3 extra it cost compared to my cheese burger.

Last night (Weds 19th Dec 2018), our family had a meal at the Byron Restaurant near Covent Garden (33-35 Wellington St). We had booked in advance, as part of our night out at the Theatre. We were sat in the basement area and we were greeted downstairs by an awful and very pungent smell. Our initial service was slow and for the price of the food, we were disappointed. We will not return to this particular restaurant, if we are in Town again, looking for a nice place to eat. Please note, we have eaten in 'other' Byron restaurants in London and they were '10-fold' better than the one in Wellington St.

Wife and I visited Byron at Liverpool ONE last Saturday. Not the best dining experience, especially for wife. Waitress said, almost apologetically, that our burgers would be pink; fine by us as that's how we like them. When they arrived both burgers were well done and rather dry, less so in my case as I ordered the cheeseburger so that moistened things up a bit.
My meal was 'OK' but wife was not at all happy with hers and noticed since the last time she went there the burger meat was noticeably thinner than previously. Not such good value either with coleslaw as an add-on priced at £3!
However, what really ruined it for both of us was the loud background music and the general cacophony of noise in the place that made it difficult to have a normal conversation. On top of that the tables were unbelievably close together so there was no chance of a private conversation in any case; we just sat there whilst the couples to our left and right shouted to be heard over the din.
Would we return? My wife said she would definitely not be returning to Byrons in the future. For myself, perhaps, but only if the place was not busy...and if the music was not too loud.

Our lovely local store in Camberley closed so when I was in Battersea over the weekend and saw the Byron on Northcote Rd... there was no stopping me! My son and I had a lovely lunch! He was so happy to eat at Byron - it was out Saturday goto lunch spot in Camberley!

Fast to be seated, but a little slow for taking the order. When there is a child at the table come back fast cause no one wants a hangry kid having a moment! Super nice staff and a yummy lunch!

We go here as a family for a special treat - birthdays, anniversary, passing exams or just for a nice dinner.
Can’t fault this restaurant. I have a fussy eater and they’re fantastic with him. He’s never left hungry yet.
The staff are really friendly but not over powering.
I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
Keep up the good work and thank you again for our great meals last night.

Dry burgers - eaten better. Decent fries.

First time my partner and I ate a takeaway from Byron, Clapham Common.
Paid £51 and waited 30 mins for it to be cooked,
First thing I was taken back with was being brought the milkshake immediately, when I asked if it would melt in the 30 mins the assistant said “I’ll put it in the fridge”
When our order was ready and served I drove the 1 mile home, looking forward to tucking in I emptied the bag, opened the containers to find all the food stone cold, dozen chicken wings cold, sweet potato chips cold, onion rings cold and full of grease, the two burgers not only cold looked like they had been thrown together,
I’ve had better presented McDonald burgers!!!!!!
The burgers tasted no better than they looked, unsurprisingly!!!!!
Looked for a phone number on menu to complain but there wasn’t one, googled Byron to obtain their number and called it 10 times, each time it rang out,
To top it off I was awoken at 1:30 in the morning with burning in my throat and feeling of nausea,
Will never eat from there again nor recommend it

So came to the Milton Keynes restaurant for my birthday. Saw the front of the restaurant and thought yeah looks pretty good, we waited a while to be seated, then waited an extra 20 minutes for us to order. I ordered a strawberry milkshake which I was told was just ice cream and milk.. This was not the case. For someone with dietary needs this was not okay with me. I then ordered the bacon burger with medium beef.. This came over over cooked and hard to eat. The fries with the crappy cheese and chopped bacon is just ridiculous.. It's basically a posh McDonald's!! Yeah I won't be visiting any of your restaurants in the future!!

Had amazing take away dinner from Putney Byron last night. Food was Delicious as always and Ignacy was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this place to everyone! Great food and lovely staff

We had a lovely lunchtime meal in Bury St Edmunds. Served by Ana who was polite, and efficient. Food was delicious & would recommend it to anyone.

We visited the wandsworth restaurant and had rented the top section the service was not great as communication between the waitress’s and kitchen staff was not right we waited ages for our food and the restaurant was empty also two members of the party their food was forgotten as the kitchen didn’t know also they had ran out of prosecco and they went and purchased a bottle from Tesco’s supermarket it cost £8 in Tescos and they sold it for £24 to us. Never will we eat at any of these restaurants again

Recently took the family to Byron Burger in CMK for a treat.

The service provided and food was great, my 2 daughters loved the chicken.
