Terrible Club Quality
I was sold a like new wedge and it is far from new. It has rust all around the face and chips. It is a terrible club especially rated for their "like new".
Outrageous Refund Time
I've ordered woods before and was happy with the results, price and level of service. However, I never had any luck buying an Iron set with this company. Biggest problem is they use "Stock" pictures and not "Actual" Pictures of clubs your wanting to buy. The info they put on description is incomplete and lacks many important details. Doesn't tell your brand, size or condition of grips. Just sent back a set of PXG 0311 Gen3 Irons because condition was not nearly what I expected. Sent them back next day and they received back last Friday 04/19/24. I called and talked to Callaway rep Jordan Voltin and ask about time frame of refund and was told 2 or 2 1/2 weeks. REALLY!! They charged my credit card instantly on the spot, but takes over 2 weeks to refund your money. I'm telling you, I buy from all over the place and refunds are generally as fast as payment. Amazon usually refunds immediately or as soon as I drop item off at UPS. eBay, other online and sellers/places I deal with directly refund upon receipt of return shipment. Before ordering from Callaway Pre-Owned, check all you can before buying, because it's takes 2 weeks or longer to get YOUR money back. I find it simply Outrageous and completely uncalled for. If pictures would have been available, NO WAY I'm ordering them and wasting all this time! BTW, already got another set of PXG's same model and they were wonderful and over $150 cheaper.

Price shipped was €196 for the two clubs and the clubs were said to be in "like new" condition...
Both clubs arrived today,both came with head covers and the condition of the clubs can only be described as brand new!!
They look like they never saw a blade of grass,still height stickers on the grips,and still sticker on the cover reading removed after purchase...
If I was to go online or go to the local shop..the price of the club are €279 each..
To say I'm happy with my purchase is an understatement.

Poor Communication
I ordered a set of Irons on the Sunday and these clubs were delivered on a Wednesday (4 days turnaround). In addition, the quality of the clubs were superb and exactly as described in the listing.
The are where this company fails is the poor communication. There was no notification that the clubs were shipped and the expectant delivery date. It also took ages to get through to the services department. Other than this - Great product and good delivery time

Firstly, I placed an order over the Christmas period, the order ended up arriving over a week late because they closed over the holiday period (this was not made clear before or after the sale, I had to email to find out).
Second and more importantly, I returned the item a month an a half ago (a few days after receiving the item). Since then, after 5+ phone calls and a further 5+ emails I still haven't received my refund. The customer service team keep insisting the money will arrive, but it never does...

Brought a Maverik Driver in their sale and really pleased with purchase. Arrived in 2 days, immaculate condition.
So impressed, ordered Oddessey putter in 'very good' condition. Again arrived well packaged in 2 days and i cannot find a mark on it. Dont think it touched a golf ball before.

Trashed set, do not buy
Bought an “average” rated set of Callaway Epics. This model is about 4 years old and it was over $700. This set is TRASHED. I’ve seen hundreds of sets of used clubs in my life - this was not even close the worst set I’ve ever seen. My previous set had about 300 rounds on them over 10 years or so- they spent half their life thrown in the back of my car, and my worst club from that set was 100 times nicer than any one of these Epics. Gouges all over the bottom. All over- and deep. The 4 iron has a gouge in the middle of the face. The set has newer grips, but they twisted them all, so they weren’t aligned at all, and looked ridiculous. I was happy to pay a good $200 over eBay prices just to ensure a good quality set but I couldn’t have been more wrong. You’re better off on eBay where you have pictures of what you’re buying. Do not buy from this site. I’ve bought used from eBay, 3balls, second swing, golf galaxy with no issues. They should be ashamed to put the Callaway name on a set like this.

Ordered a set of used clubs almost a week ago and paid for express delivery. I still am yet to receive a shipment note, it is impossible to get a reply by email and they don’t answer the phone. Avoid at all costs! Absolutely terrible customer service.
Money taken but no order sent
Ordered a new club almost a week ago for next day delivery (additional 9.95 charge). Taken my money and have said via email that they have had a full system outage on their side preventing orders being sent (however not payments and money to be taken). Appreciate companies have issues but the communication has been very poor.
Says on their website to expect delays of 2-3 days but it has been beyond this now and have still not received any update of where my order is.
Called the call centre today at 3pm and was closed (hours are 8-5pm Monday to Friday) so not sure what has gone on there.
If you are considering ordering, please approach with caution and possibly consider other outlets if prices are similar.

Don't know what's going on, but website and call center is closed. Ordered an "outlet" putter and was shipped the wrong one. Sent an email and got a response that it may take 5 to 7 business days for a response. On day 5 and nothing yet. How do you run a business like this?
I have been trading-in clubs for years…
I have been trading-in clubs for years with Callaway preowned but they seem to have problems now. I traded a driver in over 45 days ago and they never gave me credit. I contacted them by email and he told me my driver was dented and the trade-in manager will call me. My driver was like brand new when I sent it with no scratches or dents. I responded by email " I am sorry but there was no dent in my driver when I shipped it. I have spent a lot of money over the years with Callaway and have traded in quite a few clubs and have “ never” been accused of sending in a dented club. Look at my trade in history. “I know the rules on club trade”. My honesty now has come into question which I don’t appreciate. To take 45 days to evaluate a trade and then call my trade in a damaged club is extremely upsetting to me. I am a 8 handicap and have traded in many clubs over the years with Callaway and have “never” been accused of sending in a dented club". They never responded back to this email and the trade-in manager NEVER called. STAY AWAY FROM TRADING WITH THEM FOR NOW. They seem to be having problems other than their claims of high trade volume.
