We have been assisted by Karen: she was funny and professional at the same time. It is important once you get in a shop to be quickly approached and she did, but then she left us the right level of privacy to discuss among us. We ended up buying a table…

We’ve been looking for sofas for over a year and a half due to the pandemic. We then walked into calligaris and Natuzzi and Tracy was very welcoming and accommodating- my dad had several questions which were answered, Tracy was very honest and supportive especially when it came to organising the finances. She went above and beyond to ensure that we got the best deal and even arranged for a free cleaning kit. We were in the shop for about two hours, she sat through all our negotiations and gave us very practical advice. Her warm smile and caring personality made the sale all the more worth it.

Went into the lakeside store and they were all really helpful with everything. We decided to get our table and sideboard from then. Customer service is excellent

Visited the Lakeside store on Monday and purchased a new dining set . Nice store, service was not pushy at all, which was good and the advice etc shown by Jake was perfect, casual, informative allowing us all the time needed to make what is a major purchase , as the product in high quality with price to match.

Hopefully no hitches will be experienced and the new set will arrive during the early autumn.

We ordered a beautiful ceramic table with matching chairs and bar stools and a imola swivel chair from calligaris lakeside, the two ladies who dealt with us were a pleasure from start to finish. They arrived earlier than predicted and we are in awe of the quality and service.

An absolute delightful experience at the Thurrock branch, Jake and Karen helped us match a table,chairs and sideboard console to our colour scheme for our open living area. Such a great service, definitely recommend them.

We went to the Uddingston store a few days ago and found sofas that we really loved. John assisted us and was very knowledgable about the products and able to answer all our questions. After a few days to think about our purchase we went back today and purchased sofas for our new home. Paul was very helpful and again knew his products and was able to reassure us should we need to change our delivery time because of moving house. Was a pleasure to deal with this company and will definitely go back. Can't wait to get the new furniture!! Thanks again.
