Order arrived 8 days ago and table could not be put up because fittings are missing. 8 days on I am no further forward, have no fittings nor have any date to when table will be put up. Paid for order and it's lying in a box. Having to chase Calligaris daily and still no progressive information. Would not recommend this company!

The wife and I visited Calligaris in Thurrock as we were in the market for a new table and chairs and bar stools for our new kitchen extension. We found a perfect sofa in Natuzzi and then strolled next door to Calligaris where we picked out a lovely ceramic table and some really nice dining chairs to match. The staff at Thurrock, managed by Martin are really knowledgeable and Martin himself has been absolutely fantastic in assisting us. He helped us pick out matching coloured seats and his knowledge of the products is first class. We were also very pleased to be able to purchase everything on an interest free buy now pay later deal which was great for us as we had lots of Building and trades cost to incur too. The aftercare and communication regarding delivery has been first class too and we are thrilled with our products. They are not cheap but you know quality when you see it and the Italians just get it right! Would highly recommend visiting the Thurrock showroom and having a nose at Calligaris and Natuzzi. We had no idea they were sister companies but have had a fantastic experience from start to finish. A big thanks to Martin for going the extra mile for us!

I visited Calligaris in Uddingston today, and the help given by John was superb. John's product knowledge was excellent, and he answered all my questions. He had a lovely manner about him and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks John!

Fantastic service and great furniture.

Staff at the Tottenham Court Road branch were very helpful. They went out of their way to order a product in a colour that wasn't in the catalogue for us. The COCO chair in green is a beauty.

Deliveries arranged ahead of time and store agreed to send different units as soon as they were ready, at no extra cost.

We visited the Calligaris branch in Tottenham Court Road as we had seen a dining table we wanted online and hoped to see it in situ. It was indeed in the shop (and was beautiful) so we asked whether they would match the free delivery offered by a competitor. Not only did they match that but they also gave us a further 10% off (the competitor was also quoting that) without me asking for it.

I would have given 5 stars but it hasn’t yet been delivered but, should that process go without a hitch too, I shall be re-rating them with top marks.

Great experience. Wonderful assistant working at the Batley store in RedBrick Mill. Couldn't have asked for a better service. The reassurance was there when needed as we were spending a lot of money. We did deliberate and take a while going ahead with the order but assistant was extremely helpful along the way. Had a few issues on and after delivery on a few occasions with products not being in the standard as expected but got them sorted. The lady helped and updated me via text and email and reassured me that the damage would be sorted soon and was very apologetic. Was a shame how the products don't seem to be quality controlled well, but the assistance we received was lovely. The dark haired lady deserves credit as she was a saint! Will definitely be returning
