Great service.
We have WiFi installed in a bad signal area at Gower Port Eynon. Very pleased with the service And a very polite and professional man called Craig installed it within an hour. Also Ben who was very helpful with installation date. It’s fast and reliable .

Great Value And Reliable.
We’ve had our Wi-Fi connection with Camping Connect for around 18 months now on our site near Aberystwyth, which is surrounded by hills and right on the coast. They installed masts around the site. We have been really pleased with it and only had a couple of times when we’ve lost connection and on calling their helpline, which they actually answer and quickly, the issues have been dealt with very promptly. We have a number of phones, a laptop, two tv’s and two echo dots connected and think it’s great value for money, fast and very reliable, so would be happy to recommend Camping Connect.

We had full WiFi installed in our static caravan and everything was handled with such professionalism with no mess left or anything. We had a slight issue after a couple of weeks and unlike other WiFi providers found out what the issue was and rectified it within 10 minutes then phoned back and hour later to ensure that the issue had been solved and everything was working perfectly. I would highly recommend Camping Connect for service and professionalism. We have not had any issues with getting WiFi so can't comment about that !!!!!

Initially we had connectivity issues which the engineer always tried to resolve. More recently in June these did not improve but a site engineer attended and the connectivity is perfect. Whilst it wasn't perfect to start the customer service was and now we have no issues

Very good system and customer support
We’ve had camping connect for over a year and have had only one outage in that time and that was quickly resolved. The speed is adequate for my needs and I consider it very good value for money.

Had WiFi installed in our static 2 seasons ago. Costing £25 a month only while the site is open, it has proved bothnpopular and very good value for money.
Guest feedback has been excellent saying connection is fast, safe and had no lag issues with gaming.
When using it personally I've had no problems, very fast connections and seems very reliable.
