Delivery did not meet my expectations. I would like to see you offer more of a white glove option (and charge for it) where the fridge is not only connected but it is left user ready. The delivery was not in line with the money I spent on this product.

We just keep on coming back
April 2025 we needed new washer dryer and walked into the Barrie CAS and met Rob Adams. From that point on we went back for a new stove and most recently a dishwasher. Each time we call in first to ensure Rob is there otherwise we would wait. We referred him to two other sisters and they also went to see him. Rob thanks for very much for your advice and sometimes gentle guidance to a different more suited to us brand. You make the difference.

The entire experience was great
The entire experience was great! From the salesperson at the store, to the discounts, to the delivery... Also, one of the doors of the fridge had a small dent in it and the delivery person reported it right away and we will get a new door installed by a service person in a few days.
