I wasn't able to return LG fridge in…
I wasn't able to return LG fridge in the 48hrs customer satisfaction supposedly CAS claims to have, because I put my food inside it during that time. I will never promote or use CAS again. Very poor customer satisfaction service. The huge 4'' fridge door will not open properly to access drawers in the space where the fridge goes.

The service in store is pretty good and professional, I really appreciate that. But the installation information is not clear, I was told fridge installation is covered, but not mentioned that I need to purchase the pipe for water filter myself. When the fridge arrived, the service person said no installation, I have to book another service with extra charge.
I would like to ask the sales person to provide enough information as more as possible.

Seldom do we have a purchase go so smoothly as ours did. Gary Gill gave us a brief overview of the refrigerator models we would be interested in and then he left us to decide. We were going to see other stores but decided that was not necessary. Delivery was prompt, they took away our old fridge and hooked up the new one…all included in the purchase price.
