The purchase of a new microwave
The fellow was very helpful and the sale went very smoothly.
Having no where to pick up appliances in Red Deer is not very handy. Tacking on a $90.00 delivery charge is not very nice either. I was glad that I have family in Calgary to pick up for me, but it wouldn't have worked if it was a large appliance, this was only a microwave. If needing a bigger appliance I wouldn't shop with you for it.
Also, I was promised extra points on my PC card, they were never received.

I had a fantastic five-star experience with Canadian Appliance, thanks to their salesman Vishu. The service was incredibly prompt, and they offered us the best price in the entire city, even after thorough comparison shopping. No need to haggle; they outperformed all competitors by a significant margin.
What sets them apart is their convenience. Unlike other stores, at Canadian Appliances, you can pay for your appliances on-site and pick them up right away. This is a game-changer for us, especially for our Airbnb business, where we frequently purchase refrigerators.
The service was top-notch, and Vishu was knowledgeable and accommodating. And to top it off, they offered unbelievable coffee. Canadian Appliance truly provides a hassle-free, cost-effective, and enjoyable appliance shopping experience. Highly recommended!

The oven they sold us didn't work and…
The oven they sold us didn't work and we got caught in a bureacratic maze between Canadian Appliance Store and the manufacturer (Frigidaire). We were 5 weeks without a stove. This is totally unacceptable. It would have been great if they offered to offset the emotional strain and inconvenience by at least offering something, (extended warranty) etc.

Please note that CAS receives all of the products we sell directly from the manufacturer, in their original packaging. We do not sell refurbished appliances. As such, we have no way of knowing if an appliance is defective.
This is why all our products come equipped with a minimum of one year’s manufacturer’s warranty, to ensure that they are able to stand in and address.
From the records, the manufacturer has approved a replacement for the range.
