Delivery of stacked washer dryer…
Delivery of stacked washer dryer requires 3 people as I was told by delivery personnel. So they had to come back the next day as only 2 people came first. Just make sure the salesman knows this when you buy it.

Great price, excellent coordination of drop off, set up and removal of old appliances. The delivery people were so professional and careful with bring ing and removing old appliances. The people that were contracted to set up our gas dryer were so polite and courteous.

I had a great experience buying an over‑the‑range microwave at Canadian Appliance Source. I was greeted right away by Happy Patel, who was friendly, professional, and asked all the right questions to help me find what I needed. He showed me the options without any pressure or upselling, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The delivery process was easy to follow via text messages and email.
The only thing I wish is that I could have picked up the microwave directly from the store instead of paying a small delivery fee — but aside from that, I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

Delivery people caused a problem
I'm a senior - my wife & I purchased 2 washers & 2 dryers (we have tenants). Everything was great until today, when the delivery guys took it upon themselves to bring the old washer up the stairs without prompting. We wanted it left in the basement (it's going to be repaired and sold). They refused to take it back downstairs, left it outside, and then took off. The customer service person, Dan, was argumentative, and making incorrect assumptions - and considered it in my interest to charge me half of the usual service fee to have them come back and move it - but, not today, and after 3 more days!!
